How to Apply for GLAT 2021

GLAT 2021 Application Form

GLAT is conducted by the Geeta Institute of Law, Panipat, Haryana every year for admission to 5-year law courses of B.A.LL.B (Hons.) and B.B.A.LL.B (Hons.). Before moving ahead with the application process, one must find out if he/she meets each and every entry requirement for the exam. Following are the documents required for the GLAT 2021 application process or registration:

• 10th Mark Sheet/Certificate (Photocopy & Original)

• 12th Mark Sheet/Certificate (Photocopy & Original)

• Residence Proof

• Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC)

• Recent Passport size photograph

Things to Keep in Mind while Filling GLAT Application Form

• Application forms that are incomplete will be rejected
• Do not leave any field that is marked mandatory vacant.
• The application process will be complete only after a fee is successfully paid.
• Every detail mentioned in the application form should match the documents that one needs to submit before admission.

In order to complete the application process for GLAT 2021, applicants need to refer to a few documents that need to be produced at the time of admission:

• Attested copy of Class 10th mark sheet
• Attested copy of Class 12th mark sheet (if available)
• Attested copy of caste certificate (SC/ ST/ PD/ KM) (if applicable)
• Scanned photo and signature (for candidates applying in online mode only)

Mistakes to Avoid at the Time of Filling GLAT 2021 Application Form

• Make sure that the email ID, contact number, and correspondence address you enter in the application form are correct.

• Upload or paste a recent passport size photograph only.

• Make sure that you have successfully submitted the GLAT application fee.

To apply online for GLAT 2021:

• Visit the official website of Geeta Institute of Law.

• Click on “GLAT”.

• Click on “Apply Online”. You can skip these steps and land on the application page directly by clicking on the direct link mentioned above.

• A login page will appear in which you need to register yourself by entering the required details. 

• Now, log in using the user name and password generated by the website. 

• Fill all the details- General, educational qualifications, family details and then sign the declaration after reading it carefully.

• Upload your recent passport size photo.

• Pay the GLAT 2021 application fee through a credit or debit card.

To apply offline for GLAT 2021:

• Visit the official website of Geeta Institute of Law.

• Click on “GLAT”.

• Click on “Registration Procedure”.

• Click on “GLAT- Apply Offline”. You can skip these steps and download the form instantly by clicking on the direct link mentioned above.

• Take a printout of the same and fill all the details. 

• Send it to Geeta Institute of Law, G.T. Road, Karhans, Samalkha Panipat.

• A demand draft of the application fee in favour of Geeta Institute of Law payable at Panipat shall be enclosed along with it. 

Application Fee for GLAT 2021

The application fee for GLAT 2021 is INR 1200. It is the same for both the courses.
