The Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) conducts GMAT for the aspirants of management courses. The exam takes place throughout the year at regular intervals allowing candidates to select the date slot according to their preferences. Go to the official website of GMAT.
On the taskbar go to the ‘The GMAT Exam’.
Under ‘The GMAT Exam’ click on the ‘Prepare for the GMAT Exam’.
Click on the ‘Access Your GMAT Starter Kit + Practice Exam 1 & 2’.
On clicking on this link a new page will open with another link denoting ‘Access GMAT Official Practice’.
By clicking on any of the above mentioned links, you will be redirected to the login page where you will be required to mention your GMAT registered User ID and Password.
After logging in, you will be provided with the link to get the Practice Exam Papers. Start taking the test as per the directions prescribed by GMAC.
If you want to know the exam pattern and syllabus in a detailed manner then you must start practicing the mock test series for GMAT. This will help you to know the exact pattern and syllabus.
With a regular mock test practice session, you can make a strong grip over the syllabus and topics that are to be asked in the examination.

The syllabus of GMAT consists of four different sections – Verbal Section, Quantitative Section, Integrated Reasoning Section and Analytical Writing Assessment Section.
There will be a total of 90 objective questions and 1 subjective question that are to be solved in 3 hours 7 minutes.
There are different time slots for different sections of GMAT question paper.
The score range of GMAT usually lies between 200-800.
