GPAT application form 2026 will be released tentatively in April 2026 by NBEMS on its official website. Applicants first need to register themselves for the GPAT 2026 exam and then proceed to fill up the application form. To register themselves students are required to enter their personal details like name, date of birth, father's name, valid Email ID and phone number. After completing the registration process applicants can proceed to fill up the application form of GPAT 2026. The registration process for GPAT involves 4 steps: account creation, form fill-up, uploading of documents, and payment of the registration fee. From the homepage, click on the option “GPAT Registration”
Enter details like the name of the student, date of birth
Generate a password and security PIN
Create a student account

While filling out the gpat application form, candidates will be required to upload images of certain documents. To ensure that no mistakes are made during the uploading process candidates can go through the following instructions:

If there are errors in a candidate’s Application form, they will have the opportunity to make corrections during a correction period the dates of which will be decided by the exam authorities.
Applicants must also note that no new registrations will be accepted during this time.
The authorities will not consider any corrections submitted through post, fax, WhatsApp, email, in person, or any other method.
