GPAT application form 2026 will be released tentatively in April 2026 by NBEMS on its official website. Applicants first need to register themselves for the GPAT 2026 exam and then proceed to fill up the application form. To register themselves students are required to enter their personal details like name, date of birth, father's name, valid Email ID and phone number. After completing the registration process applicants can proceed to fill up the application form of GPAT 2026. To fill the application form of candidates have to enter their detailed personal information, communication details and academic qualifications. The application process consist of steps like registration process, filling up of application form, uploading of signature and photograph, payment of application fees and final submission of form.

How to Fill Application Form of GPAT 2026

The registration process for GPAT involves 4 steps - account creation, form fill-up, uploading of documents, and payment of the registration fee. Step 1: Registration

  • Visit the official website of NTA

  • From the homepage, click on the option “GPAT Registration”

  • Enter details like name of the candidate, date of birth

  • Generate password and security PIN

  • Create student account

Step 2: Fill up the Registration Form

  • Enter the password and log in to the student account

  • The application form will be opened

  • Enter important information like the parents’ name, address, email id, academic details, etc.

  • Select the exam center

Step 3: Upload the Documents

  • On the next page, upload important documents like Aadhar Card, Address Proof, Date of Birth Certificate, Mark sheets, etc.

  • Upload the scanned copies of the photograph and signature of the candidate

Step 4: Pay the Application Fee

  • After uploading the required documents, click on the option “Submit”

  • As the last step, pay the application fee using Internet banking like a Debit Card/Credit Card

  • As a last step, click on the option “Submit” for final submission

GPAT Registration 2026: Images Uploading Instructions

While filling out the gpat application form, candidates will be required to upload images of certain documents. To ensure that no mistakes are made during the uploading process candidates can go through the following instructions:

  1. Upload a scanned photograph by clicking on the "Choose File" button and selecting the file from your computer.

  2. Repeat the process for the signature and category certificate.

How to Pay GPAT 2026 Registration Fee

The last step of the GPAT 2026 Registration process is to pay the application fee. Candidates must note that they can pay the GPAT Application Fee both in online and offline modes. 

GPAT 2026 Application fee: Online Payment Mode

Candidates have the provision to pay the category-wise application fee for GPAT 2026 in online mode. They are free to use Debit/Credit Cards or Online Banking systems to pay the registration fee. In the case of online payment, an additional bank charge fee will be levied on the GPAT Registration Fee.

GPAT 2026 Application fee: Offline Payment Mode

GPAT Application Correction Guidelines

Here are some details about the application form correction window:

  • If there are errors in a candidate’s Application form, they will have the opportunity to make corrections during a correction period the dates of which will be decided by the exam authorities. 

  • Applicants must also note that no new registrations will be accepted during this time. 

  • The authorities will not consider any corrections submitted through post, fax, WhatsApp, email, in person, or any other method. 

  • Also, once the correction window has closed, no further changes will be permitted.

  1. The GPAT Information Bulletin specifies the cities where the entrance examination will be held.

  2. Candidates must choose their preferred city carefully as no changes will be allowed after submitting the GPAT application.

  3. Candidates must provide their complete postal address and PIN code for further communication.

  4. Only online mode of application will be accepted for GPAT. Other modes of application will be rejected.

  5. Changes to the GPAT application form will not be accepted through offline methods such as fax or email.

  6. The NTA official website, gpat.nta.nic.in, can be used for online application submission.

  7. Once submitted, the online application form cannot be withdrawn.

  8. Applications of candidates who do not meet the GPAT eligibility criteria will be rejected.
