GPAT 2026 Counselling

GPAT counselling 2026 will be conducted by the participating colleges and institutes that offer M.Pharm course. The counselling is not conducted centrally by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS), which will organize GPAT 2026 exam, but rather by participating institutions, universities, and state authorities that accept GPAT scores for admission. Candidates must first register with the respective counselling authority by submitting their GPAT score, personal details, and required academic documents. Based on the GPAT merit rank, reservation policy, and availability of seats, candidates are allotted colleges during the counselling rounds. Some institutions may also conduct their own admission processes, while others rely on a centralized counselling system managed by state authorities.

Subjects Offered Through GPAT Counselling Process 2026

GPAT counselling process 2026 will be conducted for various courses. Different pharmacy colleges offer different specializations for Master programs in Pharmacy. Document Required for GPAT 2026 Counselling Process

The list of certificates required to participate in the GPAT counselling process are given below. Candidates must carry all of the below-mentioned documents for a hassle-free and smooth counselling process for GPAT exam:

Certificates Required for GPAT Counselling 2026

Along with some important documents, candidates need to submit a few important certificates during the GPAT Counselling rounds. Candidates applying from a certain category must go through the list of Certificates Required for GPAT Counselling Process, as these certificates has to be submitted during the time of admission. Candidates applying for the unreserved category can skip this section. Certificates Required for GPAT Counselling are mentioned below:

• Caste/Category Certificate of Students -  Candidates belonging to any other reserved categories other than the General category, need to submit their Caste/Category Certificate. The document will look something like the image given below:

• Identification Affidavit - Candidates need to submit an Identification Affidavit form validating that all the identification documents submitted by them are true to their knowledge. They need to get the document signed by any Notary. An illustration of the document is given below.

• Handicapped/Disabled Certificate - Students need to submit their government issued PwD certificate during the GPAT Counselling 2026. The certificate will look like this:

• Scribe Undertaking Certificate - Students who need to apply for scribe for the exam, will have to submit Scribe Undertaking Certificate. An image of the certificate is provided below for the convenience of the students:
