LPUNEST 2023 Result: The LPUNEST 2023 result for Phase 1 for majority of the courses was published by Lovely Professional University on its official website. Candidates can view their LPUNEST results via online mode by providing their registration number and password. Candidates will be able to view their ranks, the status of any scholarships they have applied for, the counselling dates, and any other relevant data through the LPUNEST result 2023. 

LPUNEST 2023 result for majority of the offered programmes of Phase I was announced on February 14, and February 15, respectively. 

For Phase II, candidates will be able to check their LPUNEST 2023 results on May 4, and May 5, 2023. 

On the basis of results, eligible candidates of LPUNEST 2023 will be able to participate in the counselling process. During the LPUNEST counselling period, candidates will have to fill their online seat choices.

How to Check LPUNEST 2023 Result

LPUNEST result 2023 will be declared online and no hard copy of LPUNEST result 2023 will be issued to candidates. Candidates have to follow the steps mentioned below to examine LPUNEST 2023 result.

• Click on the above-given link when activated. 

• You will be redirected to a new page.

• Enter your credentials i.e., User ID and Password.

• Press the 'Login' button.

• Your LPUNEST 2023 result will appear on the screen.

• Download your scorecard and take a printout.

• Preserve it for further use.

After LPUNEST 2023 Result Declaration

Once the result of LPUNEST 2023 is declared, the counselling process of LPUNEST will be conducted. Online LPUNEST 2023 counselling and seat allocation will be done in February 2023. Candidates can now download their LPUNEST scorecard and fill seat preferences.

Next, they will be allotted programmes in the first round of counselling, based upon the availability of seats and preferences filled by the candidates. Based on the candidates' preferences, the seat allocation will be done. After the seat allocation, the candidates will have to deposit the seat acceptance fee through online mode or by paying in cash at the university campus.

LPUNEST 2023 Cut-off

LPUNEST cut-off marks are the minimum scores to be obtained by the candidates to qualify in the Lovely Professional University National Entrance and Scholarship Test 2023. 

• The minimum marks are set by the University and are based on a number of conditions.

• The cut-off is based on the number of candidates, number of vacant seats, average performance in the entrance test, and last year’s cut-off. 

• After the declaration of the cut-off, a merit list will be prepared based on the scores of the candidates in the entrance examination.

• Shortlisted candidates who meet the cut-off marks will be called for counselling/seat allocation process.

• Scholarships will also be given to those who score more than or equal to the marks of the cut-off.

• The university classifies the scholarship amount based on the marks obtained by candidates in LPUNEST.

LPUNEST Tie-Breaker

If there is a tie in marks between candidates, the university will follow the criteria mentioned below to break the tie:

• In case, any two candidates score equal marks in the entrance test then the best of the two subjects will be counted and on this basis, they will be ranked.

• If the above criteria also remain the same such as the marks of the best two subjects then the one getting the highest mark in a single subject will be considered.

• This will be the final decision and candidates will get admission and will be called for counselling on the above-mentioned criteria set by the University.
