The syllabus for NEET 2024 exam has been revised this year. The NTA NEET 2024 Syllabus PDF for Biology, Physics and Chemistry can be downloaded from this page. The revised syllabus aligns with the previous one issued by the National Medical Commission (NMC), indicating similarity. NTA has also published Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) explaining the rationale behind the revision and clarifying topics' nomenclature.

In NEET 2024 Syllabus for Biology, there was a misprint. The line 'insect (frog) mentioned in Unit 2 "Structural Organisation in Animals and Plants" has to be read as 'of an insect and Frog'.
