The updated NID DAT exam pattern for 2024 reveals an increased emphasis on the drawing section, accompanied by a reduction in the aptitude section.
The NID DAT 2024 exam pattern has been released for both NID DAT Mains and NID DAT Prelims. NID DAT Mains will be a traditional offline test incorporating a Studio Test. Additionally, M.Des applicants will undergo a personal interview. The National Institute of Design has unveiled the schedule for M.Des NID DAT Mains 2024, with the exam taking place from March 4 to April 4, 2024. Selection for NID DAT Mains is based on candidates' performance in NID DAT Prelims, which took place on December 24, 2024. This preliminary exam was paper-based, including text and visuals, lasting 3 hours for B.Des candidates and 2 hours and 30 minutes for M.Des candidates.
