SAT Practice Test

The SAT Practise Test is available on the official website of the Office Board, the conducting body of SAT. The set of eight practice tests can be accessed for free in online mode. It can also be downloaded and practised in offline mode. 

The full- length SAT Practice Test is created by the makers of the original SAT Test. Thus, any student who is planning to take the SAT test must practice these mock tests before appearing for the exam. It is a set of eight full-length practice tests. The questions in the practise test follow the pattern asked in the actual test. Some of these papers are previous years exam question papers. 

COVID 19 Alert 

The SAT which was scheduled to be conducted in May and June was cancelled due to the outbreak of COVID 19. The next test is scheduled to be conducted from August 29th at various SAT centres across the country.

Online SAT Mock Test

The online Mock Test of SAT is also available on the Khan Academy Official website. It is one of the recommended sites by the Office Board. The mock test available on the Khan Academy site is similar to the original SAT Mock Test. For each section, the timer is set to keep track of time limits. After attempting the online test, the system will automatically generate the test score. 

Based on the performance in the practice test, the candidate will also get feedback and personalised recommendation for practice. 

Sufficient practice of SAT Mock Test will help candidates score good marks in the actual SAT test. Marks obtained in the SAT test will help them get admission in some of the universities of the USA, UK, Australia, Canada etc. Some of these universities are Princeton UniversityBournemouth UniversityAlberta College of Art and DesignUniversity of SydneyJacobs University Bremen, Curtin Singapore etc.

Guidelines To Practice SAT Mock Test

Following are the guidelines that a candidate must follow while practising SAT Mock Test:

  • The candidate must keep with them a pencil and paper to solve the problems asked in the SAT mock test. 

  • The candidate must ensure to mark the answers correctly from the options mentioned in the question.

  • As there is no negative marking in the SAT exam, the candidate can guess the answer and mark it in the option.  

  • It is always a good practice to analyse the performance in the test after each test. The candidate must check and analyse the solutions for each incorrectly answered question.
