TS EAMCET 2018 Counselling Process

TS EAMCET 2018 counselling process is on. It started from 25th May, 2018. Candidates who have successfully qualified the entrance exam are being called to participate in the TS EAMCET 2018 counselling process. Qualified candidates will have to go through five stages to clear TS EAMCET (Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture and Medicine Common Entrance Test) 2018 counselling process. These include registration, document verification, filling of options, seat allotment, reporting at the allotted institute and payment of the tuition fee.

Detailed TS EAMCET 2018 Counselling Procedure

Step: 1 Registration

  • The TS EAMCET 2018 counselling begins with the registration process.

  • To register themselves and verify their documents, all the qualified candidates have to visit the designated Helpline Centres as per their ranks.

  • Candidates have to give their rank cards to the officer present there and have to pay the processing fee, as a part of TS EAMCET 2018 counselling process.

  • All the qualified candidates have to submit their TS EAMCET 2018 Hall ticket number and Rank and have to provide their Signature.

Step: 2 Document Verification

  • The next step in TS EAMCET 2018 counselling involves the verification process of TS EAMCET 2018.

  • Qualified candidates are called for document verification according to their secured ranks.

  • TS EAMCET 2018 verification process involves the Aadhaar card details of the candidates i.e, Fingertip Biometric is verified with Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) and candidates have to verify all their details mentioned on the Registration cum Verification form.

  • For General category candidates, the documents have to be verified from the certification verification officers.

  • Candidates belonging to SC/ST/BC categories, have to verify their original caste certificates from the caste verification officer and then report to the certification verification officers.

  • Once all the documents are verified, candidates have to take a print out of the receipt of the certificates.

Step: 3 Filling of Options

  • The next step of the TS EAMCET 2018 counselling is to fill the preferred colleges and courses in online mode.

  • To choose the options, candidates have to select their preferred choices of colleges and courses for admissions. The order of preference should be from higher to lower and candidates can choose as many options as they wish to.

  • According to their preference, candidates should take the offline option entry form and fill their district code, course code, and college code.

  • After choosing the options, candidates have to take a print-out of the selection options for future reference.

Step: 4 Seat Allotment

  • Once all the options are confirmed by the qualified candidates, the seat allotment process is conducted by the concerned authorities.

  • Based on the choices filled by the candidates, seat allotment is done.

  • The status of seat allotment is available in online mode, and candidates are also informed through SMS on their registered mobile number.

Step: 5 Reporting to Allotted Institutes and Payment of Tuition Fee:

Lastly, to confirm the admission, candidates have to report at their allotted institutes and pay the required tuition fee.

  • TS EAMCET 2018 Hall Ticket

  • TS EAMCET 2018 Rank Card

  • Transfer Certificate (T.C)

  • Aadhaar Card

  • S.S.C or its equivalent Mark Sheet

  • 6th Standard to Inter Study Certificates

  • Residence Certificate of either of Parents in Telangana for a period of 10 years (in case of Non-Local candidates)

  • Intermediate or its equivalent Memo-cum-Pass Certificate

  • Caste Certificate issued by competent authority (if applicable)

  • Income Certificate issued after 01.01.2017 (if applicable)

  • Residence Certificate in the case where the candidate has no institutionalised education

  • Physically Challenged (PH) / Children of Armed Personnel (CAP) / NCC/Sports / Minority certificate (if applicable)

Documents Required by PH/CAP/NCC/Sports/Minority Candidates

  • PH-Certificate issued by District Medical Board for the candidates with 40% and above disability.

  • CAP-Certificate issued by Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer, Identity card and Discharge book (in case of Ex-Servicemen) and Service Certificate (in case of servicemen) issued by Competent Authority for verification.

  • For NCC & Sports, original Certificates issued by competent authorities.

  • For Anglo-Indian, Certificate issued by Tahsildar of their place of residence.

  • For Minorities, SSC TC, containing Minority Status or Certificate from the Head Master.
