TS ECET 2020 Seat Allotment

Candidates who are going to appear for the TS ECET 2020 entrance examination and have registered their names for the TS ECET 2020 counselling process will be able to participate in TS ECET 2020 seat allotment process.  

It is to be noted that the seat allotment process of TS ECET 2020 will be conducted after the completion of the counselling process. The counselling process of TS ECET will be conducted in three rounds. Candidates who will be allotted with seats will have to download their respective seat allotment letters by visiting the official website of the entrance examination. The allotment of seats for TS ECET 2020 will be done on the basis of availability of seats, marks scored in the entrance exam, total number of candidates appearing in the exam, preferences entered by the candidates etc.

TS ECET is a state-level entrance examination which is conducted by the Telangana State Council of Higher Education, Hyderabad with an aim of providing lateral admissions to the aspiring candidates in various degree courses of B.E./B.Tech & B.Pharmacy offered by the colleges of Telangana. How to Download the TS ECET 2020 Seat Allotment Letter

Candidates are mostly confused about the steps which are to be followed if they have to download the TS ECET 2020 seat allotment letter. However, we have mentioned a few steps that can be followed by the candidates to download their TS ECET 2020 seat allotment letter:

  • Candidate should visit the official website of the entrance exam.

  • The candidates will first have to login by using certain personal credentials such as Password, Hall Ticket number and Date of Birth. 

  • After logging in, candidates will be able to find their particular seat allotment letters for TS ECET 2020.

  • The allotment letters are generally released in the PDF format.

  • There will be an option for the candidates to download the seat allotment letter.

  • Candidates are advised to download the allotment letters and take printouts for future use.

Post Seat Allotment of TS ECET 2020

Candidates can follow the below pointers after the seat allotment of TS ECET 2020 is completed: 

  • Candidates are required to first pay the seat confirmation fee. This can be done by downloading the E-challan and then paying the fee at the nearest branch of the mentioned bank. Candidates should be aware of the fact that they will only be able to download their seat allotment letters after the payment of the fee.

  • Once the payment of the fee is completed, candidates can download their respective seat allotment letter of TS ECET 2020. They are also advised to take printouts of the allotments letters as it will be required to proceed with the admission process.

  • Once the candidates who have completed the above-mentioned steps they will have to report at the allotted institutes along with the required documents. The name and details about the allotted institute are given on the seat allotment letter. If the candidates do not report within a particular time span, the allotted seats get cancelled automatically. 

  • Candidates should then proceed with the steps involved in the admission of the particular institute.

Documents to be carried for TS ECET Seat Allotment Reporting

As mentioned earlier, candidates who are allotted with the seats should carry a few important documents at the time of reporting at the institutes. We have provided that list below:

  • Printout of the AP ECET seat allotment order

  • Marksheet of the qualifying examination

  • Date of Birth Certificate

  • Residential proof

  • Income Certificate 

  • Reservation Certificate (if applicable)

  • Diploma Certificate

  • Aadhar card
