Question Paper Analysis: In the first shift of the TS ICET Day 1 exam, many candidates felt that the Mathematical Ability section was the toughest. On the other hand, the Communication Ability section came across as the easiest among the three. The Analytical Ability questions were moderately challenging but manageable, especially for those who had practised with previous years’ papers.

Based on the overall difficulty, a score of 145 or above is considered a good attempt for the forenoon shift of the TS ICET 2025 exam. Some test-takers mentioned that while the exam itself was fairly easy, it took more time than expected because of a bad user interface.

Many candidates felt that the blood relations question was quite long, which made it seem harder than it was. They needed extra time just to figure out the relationships involved. The data sufficiency questions were also tricky and confusing for many. Some candidates spent over five minutes on just two questions, trying to decide if one or both statements gave enough information.

Practising TS ICET previous years' question papers was helpful, but managing time effectively still remained a big challenge for most test takers.

Arrangement questions took time and needed careful attention. There were two circular and one linear seating questions—rushing might cause errors. Coding-decoding was easier than expected, focusing on letter patterns. Two-directional sense questions were included and fairly simple.

TS ICET Exam Analysis 2022: Student Reactions

Despite the fact that there are an equal number of questions on the analytical and mathematical abilities, the Mathematical Ability test is more difficult for candidates. Whereas the analytical ability questions were simple yet time-consuming. To complete the remaining questions in time, test-takers had to skip several questions. Participants in the test thought the Communication Ability component was the easiest of all because there were less questions than in the other sections. Apart from this, the questions were from basic language. The majority of test-takers found the exam to be challenging overall. Despite having a similar undertone to earlier sessions, test-takers assessed the exam to be simple to moderately difficult.
