TS PGECET counselling seat allotment was released on October 8, 2024. Candidates who have qualified TS PGECET/ GATE/ GPAT exams with a valid rank are eligible to register at pgecetadm.tsche.ac.in for TS PGECET Counselling 2024. The counselling of TS PGECET is conducted in phases. Furthermore, the complete process of TS PGECET 2024 counselling involves registration, uploading mandatory documents, document verification, exercising, editing the web options, seat allotment, and reporting to the allotted institutes. The candidates who get selected need to pay a non-refundable fee of INR 1200 (General Category) and 600 (SC/ ST) to take part in the counselling of TS PGECET 2024. TS PGECET 2024 Counselling Eligibility Criteria

The candidates must qualify the specified eligibility criteria of TS PGECET in order to take admission to the participating institutes. Moreover, the candidates can find the TS PGECET 2024 Counselling Eligibility Criteria below:-

• Candidates must be of Indian origin.
• Applicants must be residents of Telangana or Andhra Pradesh.
• Candidate must have received at least 50% (45% for those from the reserved category) in the qualifying test
• Candidates must meet the local/non-local status standards outlined in the admission regulations

Who is Eligible for TS PGECET Counselling Round 2

Candidates who want to take part in the TS PGECET Counselling 2024 round 2 must make sure they fulfil the following eligibility criteria.’

• Applicants who have been assigned and want to enrol at a different participating institution.
• Candidates who took part in the TS PGECET 2024 Counselling Round 1 but were not assigned.
• Those applicants who were unable to take part in the initial round of TS PGECET counseling.
• First-round designated candidates who failed to pay the requisite money or show up to the assigned institute.

TS PGECET Counselling Process 2024

The TS PGECET Counselling is conducted individually for the candidates qualified from GATE & TS PGECET 2024 respectively. Moreover, to attend the TS PGECET Counselling, the candidates need to qualify either of the exams. Furthermore, the candidates must note that if they have qualified the GATE exam from 2022-2024, they will also be eligible to attend the counselling. TS PGECET Counselling 2024 Process For GATE Qualified Candidates:-

Step 1: Registration & Counselling Fee Payment

Register for the TS PGECET Counselling from the official website.

Pay the required fee of INR 600 for General Category candidates and INR 300 for Reserved Category candidates.

Step 2: Filling out the Application Form

• Fill out the application form with personal, academic and contact details along with the passport-sized photo & GATE/ GPAT hall ticket.
• Prinout the application form for future purposes.

Step 3: Document Verification

• Visit the TS PGECET 2024 Counselling Help Centres and get your documents verified.
• The candidates will receive the document verification certificate after the counselling process is over.
• Upload the scanned images of the documents.
• Special Category Candidates must report physically for physical verification.

Step 4: Choice Filling

• After the document verification is completed, the candidates can fill out the choices of courses & colleges in an online mode.
• The candidates are required to make the selection in the order of preference.
• The seats will be made available on the basis of the rank of the candidates and the applicants must select as per their preference.

Step 5: Seat Allotment

TSCHE will allot the seats based on the ranks secured by the candidates, preferences, categories, and the availability of seats. The candidates will be able to access their provisional allotment letter from the official website. After that, the candidates need to report to the institutes on the specified date and time. The candidates will also have to pay a specific amount of fee and submit the documents to confirm the admission.

TS PGECET Counselling 2024 Process For TS PGECET Qualified Candidates:-

Step 1: Registration & Document Verification

• Report to the help centres and complete the TS PGECET 2024 Counselling registration based on the ranks secured in the exam.
• Pay the non-refundable registration fee of INR 1200 for General category candidates and 600 for Reserved category candidates.
• The fee can be paid in an online mode.

Step 2: Choice Filling

• The further step is choice filling. In order to complete the choice filling, the candidates need to log in with the help of their TS PGECET Hall Ticket number & Rank.

• The candidates can check the TS PGECET Seat Allotment on the official website of the authority.
• One can download the provisional allotment letter and carry the same to the institute where they need to confirm the admission.

TS PGECET Seat Allotment 2024

The TS PGECET seat allotment 2024 for phase 2 was released on October 8, 2024. It is important for candidates to download the admission letter to learn about the allotted college and the admission deadline. Candidates can report to the assigned college from September 7-10, 2024. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the allotted seat, which will then be offered to another candidate during the second TS PGECET Counselling. If a candidate is not satisfied with the college allotted in the first Counselling, they have the option to participate in the second TS PGECET 2024 Counselling.

TS PGECET Participating Colleges 2024

The participating institutes of the TS PGECET 2024 exam are the colleges that accept admission in various postgraduate engineering courses via TS PGECET score. Candidates who pass the TS PGECET 2024 will be allotted seats in the TS PGECET 2024 Participating Colleges on the basis of their performance in TS PGECET 2024 as well as the selection parameters decided by the concerned institution.
