The entire process of TS PGECET counselling consists of registration, uploading of the required documents, document verification, option exercising & editing, seat allotment, and reporting to the allotted institutes. TS PGECET Counselling Process 2025 for GATE Qualified Students
Step 1: TS PGECET counselling registration 2025 & fee payment
- The first and foremost step is to complete the TS PGECET counselling registration 2025. The registration can be done in an online mode from the official website of JNTU. While registering yourself, you must make sure to fill out all the correct details. Make sure to register for PGECET counselling before the due date.
- The TS PGECET 2025 counselling registration will follow the fee payment of INR 600 for the general category students and INR 300 for the reserved category students.
Step 2: Filling out the Application form for PGECET counselling 2025
- Fill out the application form for TS PGECET counselling with personal, academic and contact details along with the passport-sized photo & GATE/ GPAT hall ticket.
- Print the application form out for future purposes.
Step 3: Document Verification
- Visit the TS PGECET 2025 counselling help centres and get your documents verified.

Step 1: TS PGECET counselling registration & document verification
- Report to the help centres and complete the TS PGECET counselling registration 2025 based on the ranks secured in the exam.
- Pay the non-refundable registration fee of INR 1200/- for General category students and INR 600/- for Reserved category students.
- The fee can be paid in an online mode.
Step 2: Choice Filling
- The next step is choice filling. In order to complete the choice filling, you need to log in with the help of your TS PGECET Hall Ticket number & Rank.
- You need to make their choices based on their preferences.
Step 3: Seat Allotment
- You can check the TS PGECET Seat Allotment on the official website of the authority.
- You can download the provisional allotment letter and carry the same to the institute where you need to confirm the admission.
- The authority will conduct another seat allotment round in case the seats remain vacant.
