The TS PGECET 2024 counselling dates will be released post-declaration of the TS PGECET result. Candidates can check the important dates related to TS PGECET counselling 2024 from the table below -

TS PGECET 2024 Counselling Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for TS PGECET counseling 2024, candidates must meet the following qualifying criteria:

• Candidates must be of Indian origin.
• Applicants must be residents of Telangana or Andhra Pradesh.
• Candidate must have received at least 50% (45% for those from the reserved category) in the qualifying test
• Candidates must meet the local/non-local status standards outlined in the admission regulations

Who is Eligible for TS PGECET Counselling Round 2

Candidates who want to take part in the TS PGECET round 2 counselling 2024 must make sure they fulfill the following eligibility criteria.’

• Applicants who have been assigned and want to enroll at a different participating institution.
• Candidates who took part in the TS PGECET 2024 first round of counseling but were not assigned.
• Those applicants who were unable to take part in the initial round of TS PGECET counseling.
• First-round designated candidates who failed to pay the requisite money or show up to the assigned institute.

Step Wise TS PGECET Counselling Process 2024

The step-by-step counselling process for TS PGECET 2024 can be checked below -

1. Visit the official site pgecetadm.tsche.ac.in
2. Candidates will have to pay the registration cum processing fee and upload all the scanned copies of relevant original certificates during the notified dates.
3. The Candidates belonging to SC / ST category have to pay Rs.600/- and all others have to pay Rs.1200/- towards the processing fee which is non-refundable.
4. The candidates belonging to BC/SC/ST Categories are required to upload Integrated Community Certificate duly signed by Mandal Revenue Officer [MRO] obtained after June 02, 2014
5. Candidates claiming EWS (Economically Weaker Section) should produce an EWS Certificate issued by MRO/ Tahsildar valid for the year 2024-24 (i.e. issued for the financial year 2023-2024).
6. Further, Candidates seeking admission under special categories (NCC/CAP/PH/Sports) must appear in person on the notified dates by slot booking for verification of Special category original certificates before the relevant competent authority.
7. The candidates are required to carry all the original educational certificates (SSC/10th,10+2/Intermediate/equivalent, Degree or BE/B.Tech./Equivalent) for support of special category certificate verification.
8. The candidates are required to visit the http://pgecetadm. tsche.ac.in. website to know the status of preliminary online certificate verification. In case of any objection queries raised by the verification officer regarding wrong/improper/irrelevant certificate, the candidates are required to respond promptly by reuploading the correct certificate. The application is liable to be rejected in case the candidate fails to respond with in the due date or repeatedly uploads wrong/improper/irrelevant certificates.
9.  The candidates must respond to the calls of verification officer from social welfare department to verify the cast certificate submitted by the candidates. Hence, the candidates are required to provide their own mobile number at the time of registration which can be readily accessible. Further, all updates will be communicated to the candidates through SMS.

Note: Don’t provide the mobile number of the operators at Internet centres/relatives/mobile numbers by which you may not be readily accessible and may miss important communication.

10. Candidates registered and qualified in both GATE/GPAT and TS PGECET-2024 are required to use credentials (Registration ID and Score) of GATE/GPAT only and mentioned about the Hall ticket number of TS PGECET in the application.
11. Candidates qualified in more than one TSPGECET examination are required to use credentials (Hall ticket and Rank) of anyone test and mention about the Hall Ticket Numbers of other examinations in the application.
12. The list of candidates will be available on the website on the specified date after the successful certification verification. Candidates should verify their mobile number, caste category, location, gender, minority status, parental income, special category, date of birth, eligibility for degree, specialization, and information about other TSPGECET examinations that are listed.

14.  Any error should be reported to the convener, camp officer, or coordinator as soon as possible for corrections by contacting the help desk or sending a message via the website's email function. The correctness of the above-mentioned data is necessary for the seat allocation procedure. Candidates are in charge of making sure the information is accurate.
15. To exercise web-options candidates have to log in with login credentials (For GATE/GPAT use Registration ID and Score / For TS PGECET use Hall Ticket and Rank)
16. While exercising options all the eligible colleges and courses are displayed for selection based on the GATE/GPAT/TSPGECET examinations written, qualifying degree and specialization. The candidates who have written more than one examination need to exercise options on the registered Hall Ticket Numbers only.
17. Candidates are advised to be careful while exercising web options and take the printout of the Saved options.
18. On the notified date, the web options are processed and allotment is communicated to the candidate through SMS.
19. The candidate has to pay tuition fee through online (credit card/debit card/internet banking).
20. Candidates must report to the concerned allotted college within the stipulated date & time and produce all original certificates along with the fee paid receipt which the candidate will lose the seat and his / her admission stands cancelled.
21. Final allotment of seat for admission is subject to satisfactory verification of all original certificates at Allotted college and producing of fee paid receipt (if any).
22. On successful verification of original certificates, the printed Allotment order and joining report will be issued at the allotted college. The joining report must be submitted at the allotted college along with the original T.C.
23. Candidates must submit one set of attested copies of all certificates at the respective colleges.
24. If the candidate cancels his/her admission tuition fee will be forfeited as mentioned below:

• After the first phase, the full tuition fee will be refunded
• 50% of the amount after the final phase and before the cut-off date notified for cancellation in allotment order and 100% thereafter

TS PGECET Seat Allotment 2024

The TS PGECET seat allotment 2024 will be released in online mode. It is important for candidates to download the admission letter to learn about the allotted college and the deadline for admission. Candidates must report to the assigned college within the given time frame. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the allotted seat, which will then be offered to another candidate during the second Counselling.
