All the candidates who had been preparing to appear for ULSAT 2020 must note that UPES Dehradun has decided to cancel the exam this year due to the Covid-19 outbreak. The University will instead use Class 12 marks as part of its admission criteria for law courses this year. Meanwhile, the application process for Round 1 Admissions will close on 11th August and 31st August will be last date for Round 2 Admissions.
While the exam is not going to be conducted this year, candidates can apply for the law courses as per the following schedule and note down the various steps involved in the ULSAT online application process when the exam happens next year. The process comprises application form filling, uploading of photograph and signature, paying the application fee, and submitting the application form. While filling the application form, candidates will have to follow the instructions carefully and make sure that they have all the required documents.
Candidates must note that the UPES Dehradun application form can be filled in online or offline mode. As part of the application process, candidates also have to pay an application fee either in online mode via Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking or offline mode via Demand Draft (DD) or cash.

Visit the official website of the university, i.e. www.upes.ac.in.
Click on the link displaying 'Application Form'.
Enter Name, Programme of study, Date of Birth, E-mail, Mobile Number, and Correspondence address.
After entering the details, click on the 'Submit' tab.
Enter log in details – E-mail ID and Password – received on registered E-mail ID and Mobile number.
Now, fill the application form by including parents’ name and educational qualification.
Upload Photograph and Signature in the prescribed format and click on 'Submit' button.
The next step involves application fee payment. Make online payment for the prescribed amount and keep a print of payment acknowledgement for future references.
For offline registration, candidates are required to purchase the application form from designated counters via Demand Draft or cash payment.

Candidates are advised to keep scanned copies of their Photograph and Signature ready in the specified format before starting with the application process.
The application form will be released by UPES Dehradun in online mode on its official website.
As a part of the application process, candidates can remit the application fee in both offline and online mode via credit card and demand draft.
After completing the online application form, candidates are advised to take a print out of the same for future purposes.
While filling the online application form, candidates must be very careful with the details as application form correction facility is not provided to the candidates.
