UoH Entrance Exam 2022 Application Form

UoH Entrance Exam 2022 application will be available after notification is released. Eligible and interested candidates can register for admission in UoH PG courses through the application form (online). The applicants who would like to apply for admission are required to fill the application form such as the scanned image of passport size photograph and signature. Documents Required for UoH Entrance Exam Application Form 2022

The candidates will have to submit the following documents at the time of filling the UoH Entrance Exam application form:

Scanned Photograph

• The photograph must be a recent one and should be in passport size color photo, preferably with white background. 

• If you wear spectacles then make sure that there are no reflections and your eyes are clearly visible. o Caps/hats and dark glasses are not acceptable. 

• Religious headgear is allowed but it must not cover your face. 

• The photograph should be in 200 x 230 pixels dimensions. 

• Ensure that the size of the scanned image is below 50KB. If the size of the file is more than 50 KB, then adjust the settings so as to ensure that the size of the file does not exceed 50KB. 

Scanned Signature

• The applicant’s signature image is to be on a white background and signed in blue/black ballpoint pen.

• The signature image will be appended on the Hall Ticket and wherever necessary. If the Applicant's signature on the answer script, at the time of the examination, does not match with the signature on the Hall Ticket, then the applicant will not be allowed to write the entrance examination. 

• The signature should be in 140 x 60 pixels dimensions. 

• Ensure that the size of the scanned image is below 10KB. 

Caste Certificate

The SC/ ST/ OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) and EWS category candidates will have to submit the valid caste certificate along with the application form for admission. The candidates who require time, due to lockdown in the country, to obtain a valid certificate to claim reservation will be permitted to upload/send at least two days before the commencement of the University entrance examinations.

How to Apply for UoH Entrance Exam 2022?

The step by step process to apply for UoH Entrance Exam 2022 is explained below:

Step 1: Filling the Details

On clicking on the link for an online application on the website, the candidates will see an application form where they will have to enter all the details carefully. The candidates will have to enter the following details in the form:

Note that the candidates will have to give 3 choices for the Entrance Examination Centre. The University reserves the right to change a Centre if the number of applications in that Centre is less than 300 or for any other administrative reasons. Once the option for a Centre is exercised, no request for change of Centre will be entertained. Also, the University reserves the right to cancel any of the above Examination Centres and allot another Centre closer to the Centre cancelled. 

Step 2: Entering GATE Details

Further, the candidates will be redirected to a new page where the application number will be displayed on the screen. The candidates will also have to enter the GATE exam details such as:

Step 3: Entering Family Details

Enter your family details in the next stage such as Father’s name, Mother’s name, Guardian details, emergency contact, native address. After filling in the details, click on submit.

Step 4: Entering Educational Details

Enter your educational details in the next stage such as course, board/ university, subject studied, passing marks, passing year, percentage of marks, division, etc. After filling in the details, click on submit.

Step 5: Entering Additional Details

Enter additional details in the form such as correct mailing address, Permanent address, and other details. After filling in the details, click on submit.

Step 6: Payment of Application Fee

Pay the application fee in the next step by entering the details. The candidates can only pay the fee in online mode.

Step 7: Downloading the Application Form

After your application is successfully submitted, you can download it by clicking on the link below and entering your application ID & date of birth.
