The UPES DAT 2024 merit list is released after the results are declared. Candidates who have appeared in this entrance exam must note that the merit list is dependent on the performance of the student in the written entrance exam. UPES will release two merit lists which will be the first merit list and the final merit list.
The first merit list which is announced by the conducting body is not the final one. It will comprise only the names of candidates who are shortlisted based on their scores and performance in the written UPES DAT exam. The final merit list is only released once the other selection rounds such as personal interview and portfolio review rounds are conducted. This final merit list is said to be framed by the examination cell based on all the selection rounds which include the written entrance exam, personal interview round and portfolio presentation round.
For the UPES DAT 2024, candidates are required to qualify for the entrance with the minimum qualifying score. The cut-off is the minimum qualifying score that every student needs to gain to pass the Design Aptitude Test. After which candidates will be able to attend other rounds of the selection process.
