Amount of Fee-

  • Payment of Registration Fee for submission of Online Application Form is the first step and the Registration Fee is Rs.450/- which has to be paid through the following modes:

Printout of Application Form
  • The candidate has to take a print of the “Filled In Application Form”, keep a copy of this form and preserve it carefully.
  • Use the Registration number printed in the “Filled In Application Form” for all future correspondence.

How to Apply for AP EAMCET (Agriculture and Medical) 2017

Payment of Registration Fee-

  • AP ONLINE
    • Pay the requisite fee and Obtain a receipt for Registration fee paid and ensure that it contains a Transaction Id.
    • Login to Offical Website using the "Transaction Id" given above.
  • CREDIT CARD / DEBIT CARD
    • If you choose to make payment using Debit / Credit card mode, go through the Instruction booklet / User Guide carefully and be ready with ALL the required mandatory details.
    • After entering the details, Click on the " Make Payment " Button and proceed to fill the online application form.
    • During the payment process don't click the Back/Refresh buttons or don't close the browser page abruptly.
    • After successful payment through Debit/Credit Card, a "Transaction Id" is generated and displayed on the screen. 
    • Then proceed to fill the online application by clicking the button "Proceed to fill Online Application Form".

Note- On successful submission of the Online Application Form, you will immediately receive an SMS on your mobile phone with the Registration number. Further, your “Filled In Online Application Form” containing all the details uploaded from the database and typed by you along with the Registration number and the Barcode will be displayed instantly.

Eligibility for AP EAMCET (Agriculture and Medical) 2017

Educational Qualification

Candidates satisfying the following requirements shall be eligible to appear for AP EAMCET:

  • Candidates should be of Indian Nationality or Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) / Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) Card Holders.
  • Candidates should belong to the state of Andhra Pradesh / Telangana. The candidates should satisfy Local/NonLocal status requirements as laid down in the Andhra Pradesh / Telangana Educational Institutions (Regulations of Admission) order, 1974 as subsequently amended.

For B.V.Sc. & A.H. / B.Sc. (Ag) / B.Sc. (Hort) / B.F.Sc. / B.Tech. (FS&T) courses:

  • Candidates should have passed or appeared for the final year of intermediate examination (10+2 pattern) or any examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh / Telangana, with any two / three of the subjects indicated against each course noted below:

Note:

Irrespective of the subjects taken at the qualifying examination, candidates seeking admission to the above courses should appear for Biology, Physics and Chemistry in AP EAMCET -2017.(AM Category).

AGE- Candidates should have completed 17years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission and an upper age limit of 22 years for all the candidates and 25 years in respect of SC/ST candidates as on 31st December of the year of admission.

For B. Pharm Course:

  • Candidates should have passed or appeared for the final year of the intermediate examination (10+2 pattern) with Biology, Physics and Chemistry as optional, conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh / Telangana as equivalent thereto.

AGE- Candidates should have completed 16 years of age by the date of commencement of admission or on such other date as may be notified by the CET committee. There is no upper age limit

For B.Tech. (Bio-Technology) Course:

Candidates should have passed or appeared for the final year of the intermediate examination (10+2 pattern) with Biology, Physics, and Chemistry as optional, along with the bridge course examination in mathematics conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh / Telangana shall be eligible.

For Pharm-D Course:

  • Candidates should have passed or appeared for the final year of Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as optional conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh / Telangana or any other examination recognized by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh / Telangana as equivalent thereto or should have passed or appeared at the final year of the diploma examination in pharmacy course conducted by the Andhra Pradesh / Telangana State Board of Technical Education and Training or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh / Telangana.

  • The candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission to the above course.

AP EAMCET (Agriculture and Medical) 2017 Important Instructions

  • Please check the Hall ticket carefully for your Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Category, Test Centre Name, Date and Time of examination.
  • Candidates are advised to reach the venue at least 2 hours before the examination so as to complete the frisking and registration formalities well before the time. The registration desk will be closed 05 minutes prior to the examination.
  • The candidate must show, on demand, the Hall Ticket for admission in the examination room/hall. A candidate who does not possess the Hall Ticket issued by the Convener, AP EAMCET shall not be permitted for the examination under any circumstances by the Centre Superintendent.
  • No candidate, under any circumstances, will be allowed to enter the Examination Centre after the commencement of the examination.
  • A seat indicating Hall Ticket number will be allocated to each candidate. Candidate should find out and occupy their allotted seat only.
  • Any candidate found to have changed room or the seat on his/her own other than allotted, his/her candidature shall be canceled and no plea would be accepted for it.
  • The candidate should ensure that the question paper available on the computer in English and Telugu languages only.
  • No Candidate will be allowed to carry any baggage inside the Examination Centre.
  • The Convener, AP EAMCET- will not be responsible for any belongings stolen or lost at the premises.
  • Smoking and eating are strictly prohibited in the examination room.
  • Tea, coffee, cold drinks or snacks are not allowed to be taken into the examination rooms during examination hours.
  • Approach the Centre Superintendent/Invigilator in the room for any technical assistance, first aid emergency or any other information during the course of the examination.
  • No candidate, without the special permission of the Centre Superintendent or the Invigilator concerned, will leave his/her seat or Examination Room until the full duration of the Examination. Candidates must follow the instructions strictly as instructed by the Centre Superintendent/Invigilators.

1) What is the EAMCET?

EAMCET is a one of the various top common entrance tests being conducted by JNTUH on behalf of APSCHE for admission into some first year of regular engineering, agriculture and medical professional courses like BE, B.Tech, MBBS, BDS, Pharm-D, B.Sc. (Agri), and B.Pharmacy etc. in the AICTE, DCI, PCI, MCI or ICAR approved government or even private institutes across the Andhra Pradesh state only. The full form of this EAMCET is Engineering, Agriculture & Medical Common Entrance Test.

2) How should I submit the Application form?

3) How do I apply ONLINE?

4) What are the mandatory details for filling in the Online Application Form?

5) What are the various modes of payment of Registration fees?

There are two modes of payment.

  • The other mode is through Debit Card / Credit Card. The locations of / AP Online centers are given in the official website.

6) How do I know that my application has been received and accepted after filling in the Online Application Form?

8) Should I upload any certificates?

No, you do not have to upload any certificates. However, ALL the candidates have to submit the Filled In Online Application Form to the Invigilator in the Examination Hall.

9) Should I upload my photograph and signature?

You need to upload the Photo (File size less than 30KB and .jpg file format) and Signature (File size less than 15KB and .jpg file format) as and when prompted by the system during the online application form filling process.

10) Do I need to post my application and attachments?

No, Not Necessary.

11) After completing the Registration process, will I be able to change my application data?

Yes, you can modify your details before the payment is made, but you cannot change anything once the payment is done. Still changes in the excluded fields are to be carried out, then, the candidate has to write a request letter addressing CONVENER AP EAMCET or send an e-mail to exams@kabconsultants.com.

12) If I misplace my copy of the “Filled in Online Application Form”, how to get another copy of it?

You can take a fresh printout of the “Filled In Online Application Form” from the official website by giving suitable details.

13) What if I don’t have an Email-id?

Email-id is a mandatory detail as you might be intimated important information about AP EAMCET from time to time to the given e-mail id.

14) What if I don’t have a Mobile number?

Mobile number is a mandatory detail. Payment confirmation or any other future correspondence is through the correct Mobile number you enter. Hence, if you don’t have a Mobile number enter the mobile number of your Parents / Guardian.

15) You said filled In Online Application Form is not a Hall Ticket, hence, I somehow forget it to bring to the Examination Hall.

You will not be ALLOWED to take the AP EAMCET Test.

16) I have pressed the Back / Refresh / ANY button during the Registration Fee Payment through Debit / Credit Card, will that speed up my payment process?

It is strictly suggested to avoid the operation of Back / Refresh / ANY other buttons during the Registration Fee Payment through Debit / Credit Card, this will not only hamper the whole process but the application submission will be incomplete. Hence, you are advised to have patience during the Online Payment through Bank.

17) If I missed the last date for the payment of Registration fee, how should I pay from the next date?

Application will not be entertained after last date of registration i.e.10-04-2016.

18) I have registered for the Engineering (E) stream, later I wish to register for the Agriculture & Medical (AM) stream as I am eligible, can I transfer the already paid Registration Fee to (AM) stream.

No, the Registration Fee cannot be TRANSFERED.

19) I have paid the Registration Fee for the Engineering (E) stream, but I do not wish to take the AP EAMCET exam due to unavoidable reasons. Is the Registration Fee Refundable?

No, the Registration Fee is NOT REFUNDABLE.
