 Procedure for registration of application is Online from the University website.

• Online Application Number is the Registration Number of the Annamalai University Engineering Admissions .
• The Candidates seeking admission should Register and apply only through Online by logging on to official website.
• The guidelines for registration are available on the Annamalai University Website Portal.
• A candidate needs to submit only one application. Candidates seeking admission under special reservation should also enclose special reservation form(s) certificates as in website, if applicable along with the main application as per the instructions are given in Eligibility Criteria.
• The Online application Number should be quoted in all future correspondence.

• Acknowledgment will be sent to the registered e-mail on receipt of the filled in online application by post together with a demand draft for Rs 400/- (for SC/SCA/ST) and Rs 800/- for Others which is drawn in favor of The Registrar, Annamalai University, payable at Chennai.
• The candidates shall ensure that the completed online application form with all particulars and enclosures reaches the Annamalai University within the date and time specified. Applications received by Speed post/ courier or any other means, after the last date & time will not be accepted irrespective of the date of booking.
• The University shall not be responsible for any delay in the receipt or for the loss in transit of application form etc.,
• Request for extension of time for submission of documents called for, after the specified date and time will not be entertained.
  Any supporting documents received after the due date or application without required documents/particulars will not be entertained.
• Photocopy/ Fax copy of the application will not be accepted.Both upper limbs, vision, and hearing should be normal for all candidates(including for candidates applying under orthopedically physically disabled category).
• The candidates are directed to enclose the following certificates along with the Online application: Photocopy of

  • HSC / Equivalent Mark Sheet

  • Permanent Community Certificate Card for ST, SC, SCA, MBC & DNC, BC and BCM (permanent card / electronic form / digitally e-Certificate).

  • Nativity Certificate – if applicable
  • First Graduate Certificate and First Graduate Joint Declaration (only in electronic form / digitally signed e-Certificate) Form – if applicable
• Candidates are advised to post the completed online application well in advance before the due date and time. If it is sent by post it is advisable to send by Registered post / Speed post to ensure proper delivery

• Candidate should be a Citizen of India.
• Overseas citizens of India who are registered under section 7A of the Citizenship Act 1955 (Central Act 57 of 1955) are eligible to apply for B.E. Degree Programmes subject to the production of proof of such registration.

Nativity 

• Candidates belonging to Tamil Nadu: 
  • Tamil Nadu candidates who have passed VIII, IX, X, XI & XII Std. in Tamilnadu, are eligible to apply. They need not enclose the "Nativity Certificate" 
  • Tamil Nadu native candidates who have passed any of the VIII, IX, X, XI & XII Std. or their equivalent examination from schools situated outside Tamil Nadu can also apply 
  • Children of Central Govt. Employees may also apply for admission, irrespective of their native, provided their parents or guardians (only if both parents are not alive) have been serving in Tamil Nadu continuously 
  • Sons and daughters of All India Service Tamil Nadu Cadre Officers are eligible to apply 
  • Children of Employees in Public Sector or Govt. recognized Institutions who at the time of submission of an application for admission employed in Tamil Nadu continuously for the past five years may also apply 
• Other State Candidates who have not studied VIII, IX, X, XI & XII from Tamil Nadu:  Other State Candidates who have not studied VIII, IX, X, XI & XII from Tamil Nadu can also apply. However, their selection will subject to following conditions 
  • Irrespective of the category, they will be considered only under open competition 
  • They will be considered after exhausting all the candidates from Tamil Nadu 

Qualifying Examinations 
A pass in the HSC (Academic) or its equivalent with a minimum average percentage in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry put together as given below (OR) 

A pass in any one of the HSC (Vocational Subject) as given below with any one of the Engineering related subjects, namely Mathematics, Physics or Chemistry with a minimum average percentage put together as given below: 

• General Category - 50.00% 
• Backward Class including/Backward Class Muslim - 45.00% 
• MBC/DNC - 40.00% 
• SC/SCA/ST - 40.00% 

• The candidates who have joined a program and wish to discontinue should pay the tuition fee in full up to the year of study.
• If the candidate discontinues the program before the commencement of classes and the resultant vacancy is filled up, the fees paid by the candidate including the caution deposit will be refunded after deducting a service charge of Rs. 2,000/-.
• Fees for each academic year should be paid well before the due date, failing which a fine as prescribed by the University will be charged. The Candidate shall not be permitted to appear for the University Examination without clearing the Fee arrears.
• Fees for the entire program together with arrears, if any, shall be payable by the student before Transfer Certificate is issued. However, the Special Fees for the remaining period of the program shall be waived.
• Caution deposit shall be refunded on the application after adjustment towards any dues from the student. Application for refund of caution deposit should be submitted within one year of completing the course.
• No certificate will be issued, unless the candidate has cleared all the arrears of fees etc., due to the University.
• With regard to any dispute arising in relation to admission, examinations, remittance of fees, etc., the place of jurisdiction for the purpose of filing a suit or preferring a complaint or taking any legal proceedings against the University, will be Chidambaram Town only.
• Original Certificates submitted at the time of admission will be returned before the end of the second semester. In case a candidate requires the original certificates for valid reasons, he/she may apply for the same with valid proof. The candidates are advised to have with them attested copies of mark lists or other certificates that may be required for applying for scholarships/bank loan etc.

1) What is AUEEE?

AUEEE is ANNAMALAI UNIVERSITY ENGINEERING ENTRANCE EXAM conducted at Undergraduate level by Annamalai University, Tamil Nadu. It is conducted for the selection of eligible candidates for engineering degree courses. The engineering courses offered are of four years that comprise of eight semesters.

2) What is AUEEE conducted for?

AUEEE is conducted for the candidates seeking admission into Engineering and B.Sc. (Agriculture) and B.Sc. (Horticulture) programs of the Annamalai University.

3) When is the AUEEE conducted?

AUEEE is conducted mostly in the month of June every year.

4) Where is the AUEEE conducted?

Annamalai University Engineering Entrance Exam is conducted in almost all the major cities of Tamil Nadu and some major cities of India.

5) What is the mode in which the AUEEE is conducted?

AUEEE is conducted in offline mode.

6) Who can appear for AUEEE?

AUEEE entrance exam can be taken by the candidates from Tamil Nadu and they should satisfy the domicile requirements as mentioned by the Annamalai University. 

7) What is the cost of application form for AUEEE?

The cost of application form for AUEEE is approximately Rs 800/- for general category and Rs. 400/- for SC/SCA/ST Candidates to Tamil Nadu.

8) What is the procedure to obtain the application forms for AUEEE?

The application forms for AUEEE are available mostly during May at Annamalai Cash counter. The form can also be obtained from Annamalai University by post by sending a Demand Draft and a request for the application form. The forms may also be downloaded from the Annamalai University Website  . The duly filled application form may then be posted to the University official address before final date of submission.

9) When will I get my Admit Card?

Admit card will be available for view and print in the first week of June (onwards). You will have to log onto the AUEEE website with your registered User ID. You will be eligible for an Admit Card only upon submission of online application form. You will receive an automated email confirmation upon successful submission from website.

10) What are the enclosures to be sent with the filled application form?

The enclosures to be sent with the duly filled application form are:
Demand Draft, drawn from Scheduled bank , in favor of “The Registrar, Annamalai University”, for Rs 800/- as registration Fee  
Photocopy of :-
a)    10 th/ Equivalent Mark sheet
b)    Mark sheet of Higher Secondary or qualifying Examination
c)    Transfer Certificate
d) Conduct Certificate

11) Is it possible to change exam centre after submitting the application?

No,you are not allowed.
