College Accepting National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test-MBBS/BDS
The selection and admission to MBBS/BDS seats in any Medical Institution recognized for offering MBBS/BDS Courses as per Indian Medical Council Act 1956 and BDS Course Regulations 2007 is subject to fulfilling the admission criteria, eligibility, rank in merit list, medical fitness and such other criteria as may be prescribed by the Government of India, respective States, Universities and Medical Institutions. Results:- The Central Board of Secondary Education will conduct the AIPMT Examination, evaluate the Answer Sheets and likely to declare the result by 05th June, 2016 and the same will be hosted on website www.aipmt.nic.in. The CBSE will prepare the merit list/ wait list as per the directives of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, DGHS, MCI and DCI. No category wise result sheet will be prepared. As soon as the result is ready, CBSE will host the results on the website and thereafter candidates may download the Result Sheets.
All Candidates appearing in AIPMT - 2016 Examination must remain in touch with the websites of CBSE, MOHFW, Medical Counselling Committee (www.mcc.nic.in) and Participating States/Universities/ Institutions till conclusion of final round of Counselling. 1. Counselling for seats under 15% All India Quota: Online counselling would be conducted by the Directorate General of Health Services. Information for online counselling would only be available on Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) website (www.mcc.nic.in). Candidates placed in Merit/ Wait List are advised to read the counselling related information carefully and understand the course of action to be taken by them for appearing in the Counselling. For all counselling related queries, scheme of counselling, FAQ’s please refer to the website(www.mcc.nic.in), candidates are requested to continuously update themselves regarding circulars, notices, news events etc. from the above website. 2 Counselling and admission in participating State Medical Colleges/Universities/ Institutions using merit of AIPMT –2016 Candidates wishing to apply for admission in participating State medical colleges/Universities/Institutions using merit list of AIPMT 2016 shall follow the instructions of the authorities of the medical college/Institution/University concerned for counselling. Candidates are also advised to contact the authorities of State/Institution/University and remain in touch with their websites for details Appendix-IV. 3 Counselling for Delhi University under 85% Seats quota In order to be considered for 85% Delhi University Quota, eligible candidates are required to appear in the AIPMT – 2016 and also apply to faculty of Medical Sciences, University of Delhi on the application form available from the Faculty of Medical Sciences University of Delhi.
