College Accepting NPAT - National Test for Programs After Twelfth

Selection Procedure

All eligible candidates who wish to apply for admission to the BBA/B.Com (Hons.) /B.Sc. (Finance) Program will be required to appear for online Test to be conducted at various locations in India. 1. The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of the marks obtained in NPAT. 2. The selection will be solely based on merit. The cut-off for deciding the merit shall lie solely with NMIMS RESULT- The result will be announced in the form of Merit List on June 5. This is the final list announcing the names of the selected candidates for admissions to UG management programme.


Counselling & payment of admission fees shall be scheduled from June. Specialization will be allotted at the time of admission based on merit. Admission for these programs and preparation of merit list will bebased on candidates’ performance in the entrance exam. In the counseling session, candidates will be given admission to various disciplines as per their merit, choice and availability of discipline as per eligibility criteria. The decision of the institute will be final in this regard and no inquiries or correspondence in this regard will be entertained. Upgradation Process: On cancellation, the vacant seat will be offered to next eligible candidate as per merit and preference. Candidates have to confirm the offer in writing within time limit allotted for acceptance. If accepted, candidates will get transferred to that specialization. If rejected or not accepted within given time limit,they will not be eligible for further up gradation and will remain in the same admitted specialization. Preference once given during counseling will not be changed. Upgradation is applicable to candidates based on merit and highest preference given by candidates. If a candidate has given five preferences during counseling and he/she has been allotted upgradation in third preference, then his fourth & fifth preference will be null and void. In this case, preference one & two will be active for further upgradation provided vacancy arises.
