BEEE Counselling Process 2021

BEEE 2021 Counselling

The counselling for BEEE 2021 is going to be conducted after the result. BEEE 2021 counselling is conducted for the candidates who successfully qualify in the entrance exam. Candidates are short-listed on the basis of their merit and accordingly, seats are allotted to the qualified candidates in the B.Tech course.

Note: Without appearing in BEEE 2021 counselling, candidates are not allowed to take admission in the programme.

Detailed BEEE 2021 Counselling Process

• To be eligible for BEEE 2021 counselling session, candidates have to qualify in both offline and online exams.

• Candidates have to visit the counselling venue to participate in the BEEE 2021 counselling session.

• It is mandatory to carry all the relevant documents while appearing for the BEEE 2021 counselling.

• In the BEEE 2021 counselling, candidates who are once given slot in the first stage, are not allowed to take another slot in the second stage.

• In case of a technical error, if the scorecard of a particular candidate is on hold, even then the candidate can appear for the counselling with an under-taking.

• Allotment of seats for BEEE 2021 counselling is done as per the rank of the candidate.

• To appear in the BEEE 2021 counselling session, candidates must carry a demand draft of INR 20,000 in favour of Bharath University, Chennai, as without a demand draft, candidates will not be allowed to appear for the counselling session.

Documents Required During BEEE 2021 Counselling

During the counselling session, candidates need to carry the following documents along with them:

• BEEE 2021 Admit card

• BEEE 2021 Score Card

• Call Letter from the University

• Mark sheet of class 10

• Mark sheet of class 12

• Caste Certificate (for SC/ST/ OBC)

• Demand draft of INR 20,000 drawn in favor of Bharath University, Chennai

• Migration Certificate/Transfer Certificate (if any)

• Aadhar Card/ Voter id Card/ Passport/Ration Card/

• Character certificate from the last institute

• Domicile Certificate for Jammu & Kashmir and North-Eastern State candidates

• Six recent Passport size photographs with a white background that should be similar to the one in BEEE 2021 application form.

• Four copies of the passport size photographs with a white background of Parent or Guardians.
