MONIRBA MBA 2016 - Exam Pattern

  • The admission to the MBA course shall be based on Admission Test comprising of Written and Oral Tests. 
  • The written tests shall judge applicants for proficiency in:
Sections Marks
Communication Ability in English 150
Aptitude and Reasoning 150

  • Marking Scheme :– 
    • 3 (THREE) marks will be awarded for every right answer.
    • 1 (ONE) mark would be deducted for every wrong answer.
  • Oral Tests (100 marks): -The oral tests shall comprise of the following
  • Group Leadership (50 Marks): - The testing shall be done by grouping the applicants in viable groups and conducting the discussion on chosen themes to test the applicant’s leadership ability, group behavior, and adjustment with group dynamics.
  • Personal Interview (50 marks)

MONIRBA MBA Exam Prepartions FAQ

1) What are the various Eligibility Norms of the MONIRBA (MBA) Program?

  • The minimum qualification for admission to the MBA programme shall be graduation from a recognized Institution (Degree Course of at least three years duration with separate annual/semester examination system) from any stream.
  • Students appearing in the final year examination of the undergraduate class shall also be permitted to apply, subject to the condition that they furnish their final graduation pass result not later than the specified date.

2) What is the fee to be paid for the form?

MONIRBA MBA Registration Fee – INR /-1500/-

3) Which modes the payment can be done?

  • The candidate has to separately remit the prescribed Test Fees, for Rs. 1500/- (One thousand five hundred) only, by a Demand Draft (Bank Draft) of any national bank, drawn in favour of "Head, Motilal Nehru Institute of Research and Business Administration”, payable at Allahabad .
  • The candidate should cross the Demand Draft, and write his / her full Name, Father's Name and Application lD generated upon successful submission of the Online Registration Form, on the reverse (back) lower left-hand corner of the Demand Draft.
  • The candidate should also get Photo-copies (Xerox) made of the two sides of the Demand Draft, and keep them secure for his / her own reference and record.

4) When will the results be announced?

After 10 working days of the test.

5) What is maximum Age Eligibility Criteria ?

There is no Upper or Lower age limit.

6) What will be the medium of Online examination?

Medium of examination is English.

7) Will there be any negative marking?

  • There shall be negative marking for wrong answers.
  • 3 (THREE) marks will be awarded for every right answer .
  • 1 (ONE) mark would be deducted for every wrong answer.

8) I am a General class candidate and got less than 40% (in the range of 30-40%) in my graduation and 45% (in the range of 40-50%) in post-graduation. Am I eligible for MONIRBA (MBA) entrance exams?
