Karnataka Management Aptitude Test (KMAT), an all India level management entrance test was born out of the felt -need to have a single unified test for admissions in the state of Karnataka into professional courses viz MBA. PGDM and MCA. Karnataka Private Post Graduate College’s Association (KPPGCA) was established on 29th January 2003 –in order to provide proactive support to professional education and facilitate and streamline admission to postgraduate professional courses, viz., MBA, PGDM, and MCA. KPPGCA has in its fold over 169 member institutions located in Karnataka which is affiliated to respective universities in the state.

Karnataka Management Aptitude Test (KMAT) Eligibility Criteria
Entry requirements into professional courses in Karnataka are strictly followed as per the UGC guidelines.
Bachelor's degree / Masters degree examination of any recognised education body in Commerce, Management, Arts, Social Sciences, Engineering / Technology or equivalent, and have secured at least 50% of marks in the aggregate 45% for SC/ST candidate
