What is the difference between AILET and CLAT? <p>There are very few differences between AILET and CLAT exams. The main difference between the both is the format of the exams. AILET is a Paper-Pen exam while CLAT is an online examination. The difficulty level of AILET is higher as compared to CLAT.&nbsp;</p>

How to apply for AILET online? <p>The online application may be filled at university website .The registration may be done and payment may also be done online.</p>

How can I confirm that my AILET registration form is duly submitted? <p>You will receive a unique ID after making payment and successful submission of registration form on your registered mail id. Those who submit offline registration form with demand draft will also receive the unique ID on their registered mail id.</p>

When will I get my Admit Card? <p>Admit card will be available for view and print in the Second week of May (onwards). You will have to log onto the AILET website with your registered User ID. You will be eligible for an Admit Card only upon submission of online application form. You will receive an automated email confirmation upon successful submission from website.</p>

I am unable to access the Online application. Can you send the application form by email or post? <p>The application cannot be sent by email/post. If you get any specific error while applying, please send an email to University.</p>

How Can I Make Corrections In My Application Form ? <p>Write an application mentioning the corrections to be done in the application form &amp; send it along with the application form.</p>

What details will be mentioned in the Admit Card? <p>The admit card will contain the following details: Name of the candidate Test date Test City &amp; Centre address User ID / Registration Number PWD/DA status.</p>

I forgot my application number, how do I download my admit card? <p>It can be downloaded by submitting e&shy;mail id and DoB. However, check the confirmation page of the application form, the required number will be given there.</p>

The admit card has been issued but I am unable to login. What should I do now? <p>Not to worry, when the admit card is released the website crashes down due to high traffic. The conducting body will take the appropriate measures to resolve the issue.</p>

What is the eligibility criteria for AILET? <ul> <li>All candidates, other than those applying under the Foreign Nationals category, should appear for the All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) and selection shall be solely on that basis.</li> <li>Candidates should score at least 40% of the marks in the AILET (30% for SC/ ST candidates).</li> <li>In order to appear for the AILET, candidates should have passed the 10+2 examination and scored a minimum of 50%. However, candidates appearing for 10+2 examinations in the year of the AILET can also apply, provided they meet the above eligibility at the time of admission.</li> </ul>

How many marks will be awarded for right answers? <p>One mark each will be awarded for each right answer. No marks will be deducted for any wrong answers. Questions marked with multiple responses will be awarded wrong.</p>

How many sections are there in entrance paper? <p>The examination will be divided into five parts-</p> <ul> <li>English</li> <li>General knowledge and Current affairs</li> <li>Legal Aptitude</li> <li>Reasoning</li> <li>Elementary Mathematics with numerical ability.</li> </ul>

While entering the 12th exam marks, should I include the practical marks also? Can I include 11th and 12th year marks? <p>The subject-wise and aggregate marks are to be given for the 12th year examination only. Don&#39;t include the 11th year exam marks. For practical marks, use the method used by your board to calculate the subject-wise marks.</p>

What is the duration of these B.A.LL.B courses? <p>All courses are full time five years (ten semesters) program.</p>

Will there be any breaks during the exam? <p>No, there will be no scheduled breaks during the test but candidates are allowed to go to the restroom by raising their hand to inform the test centre administrator.&nbsp;</p>

May I use calculator or Log Table during examination? <p>No, use of Textual Material, Calculator, Slide Rule, Log Table, Electronics Watch, Printed or Written Material, Papers, Mobile Phone, Pager or any other device is strictly prohibited.</p>

For how long is the AILET score valid? <p>The AILET score is valid for just one year.</p>

Is AILET result based on ranking or percentile? <p>The result is based on ranking.</p>

I am general category.How many seats are covers under AILET Exmaination? <p>There are 52 seats for general category.</p>

Will there be any quota facility available? <p>Yes, 15% of total seats are reserved for SC candidates, 7.5% of total are reserved for ST and 3% for person with disabilities. One seat will be reserved for Kashmiri Migrants. 10 seats are reserved for foreign nationals. Also, foreign national applicants are exempted from taking AILET exam.</p>

What is the fee structure for B.A. L.L.B (Hons). program at National Law University, Delhi ? <p>Fee (Approximate) Rs. Rs.85,000/- .</p>

Does the University offer any scholarships to meritorious candidates? <ul> <li>The Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Govt. of India has approved the name of National Law University, Delhi for Central Sector Scholarship Scheme of Top Class Education for Schedule Caste (SC) students. Under this scheme five scholarships per year have been allocated to National Law University, Delhi. The Scholarship would cover tuition fee, boarding lodging charges, books and stationery expenses and one computer system for the eligible SC students.</li> <li>The Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Govt. of India has approved the name of National Law University, Delhi for Central Sector Scholarship Scheme of Top Class Education for Schedule Tribe (ST) students. The Scholarship would cover tuition fee, boarding lodging charges, books and stationery expenses and one computer system for the eligible ST students.</li> <li>Government of NCT of Delhi has approved Post Matric Scholarships.</li> <li>Financial assistance is given to deserving students from endowment created by Dr. Santosh Chawla.</li> <li>Fee waiver is provided by the Vice-Chancellor to the deserving and needy students.</li> </ul>

I am SC/ST student.How many seats are covers under AILET Exmaination? <p>There are 16 seats for SC/ST category.<br /> SC:-11<br /> ST:-05.</p>

Can parents attend the counseling instead of the candidate? <p>No, physical presence of the candidate is a must on the day of counseling.</p>

What is the Counselling fee? <p>Counselling fee is the payment made by a candidate to show his/her seriousness/commitment in taking admission in any of the participating NLU(s). Counselling fee is not a separate fee, it is the adjustable advance paid which subsequently gets adjusted at the time of admission from the fee payable to the respective University by a candidate.</p>

I am J&K student.How many seats are covers under AILET Exmaination? <p>There are 02 seats for J&amp;K student.<br /> <strong>Note: </strong>One additional seat for Kashmiri Migrants. Two supernumerary seats for the residents of Jammu &amp; Kashmir. The candidates have to appear in the AILET and fulfill the eligibility criteria as applicable.</p>
