Is the online registration mandatory for all the candidates applying for the DU LLM? <p>YES, online registration is mandatory for ALL the candidates applying for the LLM in the University of Delhi.</p>

I wish to seek admission only through the Direct (Merit) category. Do I need to apply through online registration? Am I expected to pay the Registration fee? <p>Yes, as mentioned above, online registration is mandatory for ALL the candidates applying for the LLM courses in the University of Delhi, irrespective of the mode of intake. You have to pay the Registration fee as well.</p>

I would like to change my “Applicant’s details”, which I filled during the “New User registration”. Can I do that? <p>NO, you cannot change that information later on. Be careful in filling the information.</p>

I would like to change my Centre of Entrance Examination after completing the online registration form. Is it possible? <p>NO, candidate shall choose any one of the six cities for appearing in the entrance examination through the online registration. After completion of the online registration, the chosen Centre will not be changed.</p>

Is it possible to get the Admit Card through postal mode? <p>NO, the Admit Cards will only be generated online and will be available on your registration account.</p>

When will I be able to download the Admit Card? Is it immediately after filling the registration form? <p>Admit Card&rsquo;s download link will be available in your online account after 24th May (closing date of online registration). Please visit the PG admission portal for news and updates related with the admission procedure.</p>

Shall I sign on the Candidate’s Signature area of the Admit Card before appearing for the Entrance Examination? <p>NO, the candidate is required to sign on the Admit Card in front of the invigilator during the Entrance Examination in order to verify the Candidate&rsquo;s signature.</p>

Can I submit the fee through any other method, like demand draft etc? <p>NO, the registration fee is accepted only through the Online payment options available in the registration portal.</p>

My internet got disconnected while filling the form. What should I do? <p>When you get the internet connection, login again with your credentials and fill the information again.</p>

Can I correct my mistake in the registration/application form? <p>NO modifications in the form are allowed once fee payment is made. Before making the online payment, you can edit your application form.</p>

I have uploaded the wrong Photo/ID Proof/ Signature/DOB Certificate/Caste Certificate. Can I change it? <p>NO. Photo/ID Proof/ Signature/DOB Certificate/Caste Certificate once uploaded can not be changed.</p>

Do I need to send Hard Copy of the form? <p>No, You don&#39;t have to send Hard Copy of the form anywhere, if required you will be notified.</p>

How can I apply in multiple courses? Do I need to make payment for other courses separately? <p>After completing your application for one course, you can apply in another course using &quot;Apply in New Course&quot; button on your home area. You need to pay registration fee separately for each of the applied courses.</p>

How can i upload self attested ID Proof/DOB Certificate/Caste Certificate? <ul> <li>Take a photocopy of your ID Proof/DOB Certificate/Caste Certificate.</li> <li>Self attest it.</li> <li>Scan it and upload.</li> </ul>

How will I come to know the location of my Centre in the city I have chosen? <p>The information related with the Centre will be announced on the PG admission portal. The information will also be printed on your Admit Card.</p>

Can two candidates apply from the same account? <p>NO, Only single candidate can apply from an account for PG Admissions.</p>

My result is yet to be declared, Can I still submit online registration form? <p>Yes, you can submit the online registration form by darkening the appropriate circle of result awaited under result section, however you have to fulfill the minimum eligibility condition/meeting cut off list of that course/college during stipulated period.</p>

What are the eligibility criteria for LLM admission in DU? <p><strong>Course Requirements:-</strong><br /> A three-year/ five year LL.B. Degree from the University of Delhi or any other Indian or Foreign University recognized as equivalent by the University of Delhi.<br /> <strong>Marks Requirements:-</strong><br /> 50% marks or an equivalent grade point in the aggregate for General,45% marks for OBC, 45% marks for SC/ST.</p>

I am a General class candidate and got less than 50% (in the range of 40-50%) in my graduation. Am I eligible for ILICAT LLM Entrance Exam? <p>No,you are not allowed but if you are belonging to resreved category you are allowed.</p>

Can I take admission if the result of my qualifying examination is awaited or I have back-log/ re-appear/ compartment in the qualifying examination? <p>Applicants who are either awaiting their result or are due to appear for qualifying exam may also apply, provided they furnish/ submit the result of the qualifying examination to the university either by the last date(15th sept.) of provisional registration or at the time of admission, or by the last date as specified by the university.</p>

May I use calculator in the examination?   <p>No, use of calculator, mobile phone or any other electronics devices is strictly prohibited. All the rough work should be done on the rough paper provided to student during examination.</p>

How will the tie of marks be solved? What is the tie breaking criteria? <p>If there are more candidates with the same marks/rank in the LL.M. Entrance Test than the number of seats available, admission will be made as per the following rules:</p> <ul> <li>The candidate(s) securing higher marks in the qualifying Degree examination will be offered admission;</li> <li>If two or more candidates have the same marks in the qualifying Degree examination, the older in age will be offered admission;</li> <li>If admission cannot be made under the above rules, the admission will be made by draw of lots from amongst the candidate(s) covered above who are present at the draw of lots.</li> </ul>

What does the “Final Aggregate” mean to update result for merit? OR What percentage do I need to fill in Update Result for admission under Merit? <p>Final Aggregate is the combined total of all the LLM. semesters (or annual) result together.</p>

Once DU cut-off marks are declared, will the admission be offered on a first come, first serve basis? <p>Delhi University doesn&rsquo;t offer admission in its colleges on first come &ndash; first serve policy. The DU admissions are offered only at per merit secured by applicants.</p>

For how long is the DU LLM score valid? <p>The DU LLM score is valid for just one year.</p>

What are the documents to be submitted at the time of admission? <ul> <li>Admission Ticket of LL.M. Entrance Test of the year;</li> <li>Age Certificate (High School/Matriculation);</li> <li>Character Certificate (not older than six months on the date of admission);</li> <li>Degree Certificate (Provisional Certificate if applicable) of qualifying Degree examination;</li> <li>Mark-sheet(s) of the qualifying Degree examination;</li> <li>Scheduled Caste/Tribe/OBC (non-creamy layer)/ PH/CW certificate;</li> <li>Eight passport size photographs. &nbsp;</li> </ul>

Is it important to have caste or tribe certificate in the name of candidate? <p>Yes, if you are applying under any reserved category (SC/ST/OBC/PH, then you must have Caste/Tribe/PwD certificate in the name of candidate. The OBC certificate must also specify that candidates belong to non-creamy layer and caste is listed in the Central Government list.</p>

Can I take admission in two different/same courses in different colleges after declaration of a cut off? <p>No, you cannot take admission simultaneously in two different courses or same courses in different colleges. In case you take admission at two places, your admission will be cancelled from both the colleges/courses.</p>

Is a candidate required to be present in-person on the day of admission? <p>Yes, the applicant must be present on the day of admission in the college along with the desired documents to get the same verified.</p>

How does one apply through the ECA or Sports quota? <p>You can apply for ECA and Sports quota also online.</p>

Can I get fee concession? What is the procedure for fee concession? <p>Yes, there is a provision for fee concession in most of the colleges but only after admission. You may contact college for details.</p>
