BITS Pilani has revised the BITSAT exam dates 2024 for session 1 and session 2. The BITSAT 2024 exam dates for Session 1 are May 20 to 24, 2024. The BITSAT Session 2 exam will be held from June 24 to 28, 2024. Candidates interested in taking the admission test can refer to the BITSAT important dates 2024 for all the upcoming events below - :

The Birla Institute of Technology and Science administers the BITS Admission Test in online mode. It is a highly competitive exam held each year for admission to several engineering degrees provided across BITS campuses in Pilani, Goa, and Hyderabad.​​ The key highlights of BTSAT 2024 can be checked below - 

The last date for submission of BITSAT application form 2024 session 1 is April 16, 2024. The application mode for BITSAT 2024 is online, so aspirants must register on the official portal at bitsadmission.com to access the application forms. Step 1: Registration for BITSAT 2024

The first step is to finish the BITSAT 2024 registration process by providing a valid email address and cell phone number.

Step 2:Filling Out the BITSAT 2024 Application Form

The next step is to complete the BITSAT Application Form 2024. Applicants must fill in the BITSAT form with personal, communication, and academic information. Candidates must also include three exam centre recommendations in their application form.

Step 3: Document Uploading

After completing the application form, candidates must upload the necessary documents/certificates. Candidates must also provide scanned images of their photograph and signature in the format specified.

BITSAT Application Fee 2024

For exam centres in India: A candidate taking the BITSAT 2024 exam twice shall have to pay Rs. 5400 (for a male applicant) and Rs. 4400 (for a female candidate). A candidate who initially chooses to appear for the test just once (Session 1) must pay a fee of Rs. 3400 (for a male candidate) and Rs. 2900 (for a female candidate). To apply for a second time (Session 2), candidates must pay an extra fee of Rs. 2000 (for a male candidate) and Rs. 1500 (for a female candidate).

For exam centres in Dubai: The application cost for both male and female students is Rs. 7000 for session 1 only. For candidates who wish to appear in both sessions, the required fee is Rs.9000 for both male and female applicants. Candidates initially appearing once (Session 1) at Dubai Center and then applying a second time (Session 2) must pay an extra Rs. 2000.

BITS Pilani has released the detailed BITSAT 2024 syllabus along with the information brochure on its official website - bitsadmission.com. The syllabus for BITSAT 2024 is similar to the NCERT syllabus of Classes 11 & 12, covering a wide range of topics from Science sections (Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Mathematics). Besides, the BITSAT Syllabus 2024 also includes fundamentals of the English language and Logical Reasoning to test the analytical skills, grammar and vocabulary of candidates.

TheBITSAT Exam Pattern 2024 was released by BITS Pilani along with the official brochure. As per the paper pattern, the BITS Admission Test will conducted as a Computer Based Test (CBT) for 3 hours. Candidates will be asked questions from Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, in addition to Logical Reasoning and English. Candidates attempting the B.Pharm pape have to attempt, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English and Logical Reasoning. • All questions will be multiple choice, and the mode of language will be English.
• The exam will consist of 130 questions in total
• The question paper will be divided into five sections
• Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology, English proficiency, and Logical Thinking of the candidates will be tested

Important Note: If a candidate answers all 130 questions without skipping any, they can attempt an extra 12 questions if there is still time left. Extra questions will be based on Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology, and Logical Reasoning, with three questions each. Once a candidate selects extra questions, they cannot change their answers to any of the previous 130 questions. The extra questions (a maximum of 12) will provide an opportunity for highly qualified candidates to score cutoff marks in the exam. 

BITS Pilani will open the BITSAT 2024 slot booking for registered candidates on May 1, 2024. Candidates can book their preferred exam date and slot between May 6 & 10, 2024. Through the BITSAT slot booking 2024 facility, candidates will be able to select the BITSAT 2024 exam date and slot time. The steps to be followed for slot booking of BITSAT 2024 have been mentioned below -

The BITSAT 2024 Admit Card Session 1 will be released on May 15, 2024.  Applicants who complete the BITSAT 2024 slot booking process successfully will be eligible to download the BITSAT 2024 Hall Ticket. The admit card for BITSAT 2024 will include the candidate's personal, image and signature, along with the exam date, timings, roll number, exam day instructions, and other details. The BITSAT Hall Ticket 2024 is a critical document, without which candidates shall not be permitted to take the exam. BITSAT session 2 admit card will be released on June 10, 2024.
