Munich Business School (MBS) is a state-recognized private business school in Munich, Germany. MBS holds institutional accreditation from the Science Council and international program accreditations from FIBAA. In 2021, the Munich Business School completed its 30 years of establishment. Munich Business School has been recognised as one of the best business schools in Germany and has been ranked as the third best university of applied science in the field of business studies and the best private business school in the Wirtschaft University Ranking 2021. MBS has also been ranked under one of the top 100 Master in Management universities ranking list published by QS World University Rankings in 2019. Meanwhile, as per CHE 2020 ranking, MBS had received top marks for general study and other variety of courses. Additionally, U-Multirank had recognised MBS as one of the top 25 Performers in Student Mobility while also acknowledging the business school as one of the best in the world.

Munich Business School’s urban campus is located in Munich, Bavaria, Germany. In 1999, MBS became the first state-accredited private university to be set up in Bavaria. COVID-19 Response 

The latest updates on teaching & learning at Munich Business School for the AY 2021-22 is as follows:

  • Munich Business School has resumed face to face teaching on campus since June 2021 with the necessary safety measures and rules in place.

  • Everyone who is attending the on-campus classes needs to show a negative COVID-19 test report or be completely vaccinated or prove recovery from COVID-19. Wearing masks is mandatory in all areas of the Munich Business School campus building.

  • The in-person teaching is also broadcasted live so that students who are studying abroad or those who are unable to attend the in-person teachings can participate in the virtual classes.

  • Service facilities of MBS like the International Center, Career Center and the Alumni Relations Center are open and accessible on campus.

  • Any cases of COVID-19 symptoms or illness must be reported immediately to the university management.
