- The exam will be conducted offline (pen and paper).
- The subjects included in MP Board 12th Exam Pattern 2023-24 are Hindi, English Mathematics, Science, Social Science, and Additional Subject.
- The exam will be conducted for a total of 2 hours duration.
- The question papers will be divided into two parts. The first part will consist of 30% multiple choice questions, which the candidates will have to attempt on an OMR sheet.

- The theory exams will be conducted for a total of 80 marks.
- The internal assessment will be conducted for a total of 20 marks.
- For Science, the theory exam will be conducted for 70 marks, and the practical exam will be conducted for 30 marks.
- The minimum passing mark for all the students is 33% aggregate overall.
- To pass the exam, the students must score at least 33% aggregate in each subject.
- The internal assessment will consist of 5 monthly tests. So, the marking for the internal evaluation will be divided into five tests.
- There will be no negative marking.
