Admission notice- IIT Kharagpur RGSOIPL Announces Admission to 3 years LLB (Hons) 2016
IIT Kharagpur Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law (RGSOIPL) invites application for 3 years LLB (Hons) 2016, the first of its kind Law School to impart legal education with IP specialization within the IIT System bringing synergy among science, technology, management and law.
The School offers a Six-Semester, Three-Years’ Full-Time residential programme leading to the Degree of Bachelor of Laws (Hons) in Intellectual Property Law approved by the Bar Council of India.
About the Programme-
An innovate degree program for engineers, scientists, technologists and managers across the country. Right blend of classroom lectures, tutorials, seminars, moot-court exercises, and research writing. State-of-the art infrastructure and rich library resources including Manupatra, SCC Online, AIR Online, Westlaw, Hein Online, JSTOR, Oxford Journals, Cambridge, Springer, Patent Dabases like, WIPS, QPAT etc.
First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology / Medicine or equivalent
First Class Master’s Degree in Science or Pharmacy or Equivalent
First Class MBA Degree with any of the above
All India Written and Test Group Discussion/Interview
Applicants are required to apply online. Application fee is Rs. 1500/- for General/OBC and Rs. 750/- for SC/ST candidates. Women candidates are exempted from the payment of application fees.
