Admission Notice- Mahatma Gandhi University Announces Admission to its Various Programme
Mahatma Gandhi University invites applications for admission to the Post Graduate academic programmes in the Statutory Teaching Departments and Inter School Centre of the University for the academic year 2016-17. Admissions to all the programmes except M Ed are on the basis of Common Admission Test (CAT- MGU). For M Ed programme both the score in Entrance Test and the marks for Qualifying Examination will be considered for preparing the rank list.
How to apply-
Candidates who seek admission should either visit the official portal of the University.
There is only a single online application for applying for the Entrance Test (CAT- MGU) and for giving options for admission to the various academic programmes in the different teaching departments. If a candidate submits more than one application his/her candidature is liable to be cancelled.
For General candidates: Rs. 500/-
For SC/ST candidates: Rs. 250/-
The registration fee has to be paid online using internet banking/debit/credit/cash cards.
Applicants for M Ed should send the hard copy of the application along with self-attested copies of degree certificate, mark lists of qualifying examination and proof for weight points to the Director, School of Pedagogical Sciences, Mahatma Gandhi University, PIN 686560 so as to reach the addressee on or before 6th May 2016.
