Admission Notice – SRM University announces admission BDS Program 2016
SRM University, Chennai invites applications for admission to Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) program offered at Kattankulathur and Ramapuram campuses for the session 2016-17.
Candidate should have HSC or equivalent examination with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Botany and Zoology/ Biotechnology possessing marks as prescribed by the DCI.
Candidates appearing for HSC examination in March/ April 2016 can also appear for the entrance examination.
How to Apply-
Application forms obtained on payment can be filled and sent to the Director (Admissions).
Candidates can also download the application form from the official website and can be sent along with a DD of Rs. 1000/- favouring SRMIST, payable at Chennai, to the Director (Admissions).
Selection will be made on merit, based on the marks secured in the entrance examination conducted by the university on all India basis.
Issue of applications closes on: Wednesday, May 25, 2016.
Last date for receipt of filled-in application: Monday, May 30, 2016.
Date of entrance examination: Tuesday, June 12, 2016.

The SRM University (Sri Ramaswamy Memorial University), formerly SRM Institute of Science and Technology, is a deemed university in the state of Tamil Nadu, India. It was founded in 1985 as SRM Engineering College in Kattankulathur, under University of Madras. It has 7 campuses, 4 in Tamil Nadu—Kattankulathur, Ramapuram, Vadapalani,Tiruchchirappalli and others in NCR ,Sonepat and Gangtok.
