Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, Annamalai University is organizing a South Zone Inter-University Football (Women’s) Tournament between October 28, 2017 and November 1, 2017.
Annamalai University is a state university founded in 1929, and is located in Annamalai Nagar, Tamil Nadu.
Annamalai University is organizing South Zone Inter-University Football Tournament for women between October 28, 2017 and November 1, 2017. 26 teams will participate in this tournament like the University of Kerala, University of Madras, Madurai Kamaraj, Thiruvalluvar University and others.

Instructions for Participating in the Women's Football Tournament by Annamalai University
- Tournament will start on October 28, 2017
- Teams should bring their own bedding and lock because the university will ONLY provide unfurnished rooms to the team. Please note that rooms will be allocated one day prior to the tournament and will need to vacate it if teams fail to qualify for the next round of the tournament
- Each team will have to pay officiating fees of Rs. 1500 per match
- Every player of the team should bring one photo identity proof signed by their university authorities and also bring 4 copies of eligibility Performa at the time of arrival
- Universities which are participating have to submit attested photocopies D.M.C. of 10“, +2 in case of the player is studying U.G. course and that of 10“, +2 and Provisional / Degree Certificate, if the player is studying in P.G. course, to the Organising Secretary
- Teams should report 30 minutes prior to their match and the organizing committee have rights to change the time or date of the match
- At the time of lodging, teams have to submit a refundable Rs. 1000 as caution money
- Participating universities should bring their university flag for the opening ceremony
- Manager meeting will be held on October 27, 2017 at 5:00 p.m in Physical Education Department
