University of Health Sciences, the counselling conducting authority, will conclude Round 1 counselling registration on August 12, 2026 (till 9 PM) , without paying the late fee. If the deadline is missed, then the candidates can complete their registration from August 13 to 14, 2026 (up to 1 PM). For counselling registration, the candidates should visit the official website- a puhs-ugadmissions.aptonline.in and log in using the NEET UG login credentials such as the NEET hall ticket number, date of birth, name, registered mobile number and email ID, password, etc.

Candidates can refer to the following steps to complete the AP NEET UG 2026 Round 1 counselling registration here:

- Enter your NEET UG Roll Number, NEET Rank, Date of Birth, active Mobile Number, and the security code (Captcha), and click "Validate".
- Click on "Generate OTP”, which will be received on the registered mobile number and email ID.
- Complete the application form by filling in all the details.
- Pay the AP NEET UG counselling registration fees.
- Download the confirmation slip and take a printout of it for future reference.
After counselling registration, the authority will issue a provisional merit list for the successfully registered candidates. The official dates of the post-counselling events have not yet been announced; soon, the same will be available on the official website.
