Candidates who passed Intermediate or equivalent examinations and seek admission into non-professional undergraduate courses, including BA, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, BCA, BFA, and 5-Year Integrated PG Programmes, can start their registration process through the Common Admissions Portal (CAP) at cap.apcfss.in . The last date of online registration is August 11 , whereas certificate verification will be till August 20, 2026.

How to Register for AP OAMDC 2026 Counselling
Candidates can complete the registration process by following these steps:
Step 1: Registration
Visit cap.apcfss.in . Click on Registration, select your qualifying board (AP Inter, CBSE, ICSE, etc.), and enter your 10+2 / Intermediate Hall Ticket Number along with your Date of Birth. Pay the processing fee online via Net Banking, UPI, or Credit/Debit Card.
Step 2: Fill Out Personal & Academic Details:
Log in using the generated Application ID and password. Fill in missing personal details, reservation category, parent income, and local region preferences. (For AP Board students, academic marks map automatically via the hall ticket database).
Step 3: Upload Required Documents:
Ensure scan quality meets size parameters. Upload scanned copies of required documents in JPEG/PDF format:
- Class 10 & 12 Marks Memos / Passing Certificate
- Integrated Community Certificate (Caste, if applicable)
- Income Certificate or Rice Card for fee waiver
- Residence / Nativity Certificate
- Scanned Photograph and Signature
Step 4: Submission
Submit the form and download the confirmation page for future reference.
Important Instructions for Applicants
- Verify Mobile Number & Email ID: All notifications related to document issues, seat allotment, and reporting procedures will be sent to you through SMS on your registered mobile number.
- Document Discrepancies: If the online verification system detects an issue with document quality, please upload the document again upon receipt of the SMS.
- Web Option Lock: Please make sure to save your college preferences before you log out. Preferences get locked automatically from August 20, 2026.
- Category Verification: Students opting for reservations under the category of PH, NCC, Sports, or CAP have to go to their respective HLCs from August 12-13, 2026.
