Merit-Based Seat Allocation Process
Admissions conducted through the Online Admission Module for Degree Colleges (OAMDC) do not require an entrance examination. Seats across state government, aided, and private unaided degree colleges are allocated purely on a merit basis, calculated from candidate marks in the Board of Intermediate Education (Class 12) or equivalent examinations.
The candidate is also taken to be considered under their saved college options, local status (Andhra University / Sri Venkateswara University region), and statutory category reservations, along with aggregate merit, for the processing of allotments by the automated system.
