Step-by-Step Seat Acceptance & Admission Formalities
After checking the allotment status, qualified research scholars must complete the three-tier seat acceptance procedure:
1. Online Self-Reporting (July 25 to 30)
Candidates satisfied with their allotted university and research department must log into the candidate portal and confirm their seat via the Self-Reporting system. Completing self-reporting within the designated window is mandatory; failure to do so will lead to automatic cancellation of the allotted seat.
2. Admission Fee Payment
Pay the specified tuition and admission processing fees online using Net Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card directly through the APSCHE payment gateway. Keep the computer-generated transaction receipt safe for physical verification.
3. Physical Reporting & Document Verification
Scholars must report in person to the assigned university's Registrar / Head of the Department (HOD) with original credentials and self-attested photocopies.
Research Guide Allocation to be Done by Universities
While APSCHE conducts the centralized seat allotment for university departments, the allocation of Ph.D. research supervisors/guides will be carried out separately by the respective University Research Committees (URCs) after candidates complete admission formalities.
