Eligible candidates under the PCM / PCM of PCMB group seeking admission into undergraduate engineering courses across Bihar government engineering colleges, Dairy Technology at SGIDT Patna, and Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Women’s Institute of Technology Darbhanga must complete and lock their choices at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in before the deadline. Step-by-Step Instructions for BCECE 2026 Round 1 Choice Filling

1. Visit the official website ( bceceboard.bihar.gov.in ) and click on "Online Portal of BCECE-2026".
2. Log in using your BCECE 2026 Registration Number and Password.
3. Select preferred colleges and course branches in order of preference. Fill maximum choices for higher seat allotment probability.
4. Lock choices using OTP Authentication sent to your registered mobile number and email ID.
5. Download and print the submitted Choice Slip for physical verification.

Key Rule: Choice filling is a one-time process. Candidates failing to complete choice submission by July 31 will not be allowed to participate in Round 2 counselling. Unlocked saved choices will auto-lock after the deadline.
