The registration window will close on September 15, 2026, at 5:00 PM . CAT 2026 is scheduled to take place on Sunday, November 29, 2026, in three sessions across approximately 170 cities nationwide.

Essential Documents and Registration Fee Structure for CAT 2026
1. Required Documents for CAT 2026 Registration:
Academic Certificates: Marksheets and degree certificates for Class 10, Class 12, and Graduation/Bachelor’s degree. Candidates in their final year must keep their institution details ready.
Scanned Photographs and Signatures: Soft copies of a passport-sized photograph and signature in the prescribed format.
Category Certificate (If Applicable): SC, ST, NC-OBC, EWS, and PwBD candidates must upload valid, government-approved certificates. For NC-OBC, the certificate must be issued on or after April 1, 2026. EWS certificates must be valid for the 2026–27 financial year. (Candidates awaiting updated NC-OBC/EWS certificates must upload the undertaking along with the older certificate and acknowledgment receipt as a single PDF).
Valid Identification & Contact Info: A active mobile number, unique email address, and official photo ID proof.
2. CAT 2026 Application Fees:
SC, ST, and PwBD Categories: Rs 1,350
General, EWS, and NC-OBC Categories: Rs 2,700
