CBSE will now form a partnership between neighbouring schools to inculcate a culture of sharing resources with each other. This is done to increase the professional development of the teachers as well as the staff along with the development of the schools.

CBSE Schools to Collaborate as 'Hubs of Learning' for Resource Sharing

In the latest list of changes that CBSE has been making to the current education system, the board has decided to group 4-6 neighbourhood schools for training, teaching and academic reforms. This change is supposed to inculcate a spirit of resource sharing between schools. This partnership between schools will be called Hubs of Learning (HoL).

CBSE states that with the introduction of this collaboration, they aim to provide the schools with an environment where they can take up effective self-improvement in all of the various aspects of their development. Along with self-improvement, this partnership also aims at providing the schools with exposure to the various practices that are taken up by different schools. This will in-turn help the schools to adopt the best and effective practices that are undertaken by other schools.

The CBSE Hub of Learning will allow the schools to share their collection of ideas and strategies that will help the teachers to boost the performance of the classroom and add to the professional development of the teachers, states CBSE.
