
CLAT Second Allotment 2025: The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) will release the CLAT 2025 second allotment list on June 4, 2025, for candidates who have successfully registered for the second round of the counselling process. The second allotment list will be available on the official website consortiumofnlus.ac.in. Once released, candidates can log in using their registered mobile number and password to download the second allotment list. Take a printout out it for future admission process.

After the release of the second allotment list, three options will be available to the candidates:
1. Freeze: If the candidate is satisfied with the allotted seat, they can choose the “Freeze” option to confirm their seat. The candidate must also pay the seat acceptance fee between June 4 and June 9, 2025, through online payment methods such as debit or credit card.
2. Float: If the candidate wishes to keep the current allotment but also be considered for higher preferences in the next rounds, they can choose the “Float” option.
3. Reject: If the candidate does not wish to accept the allotted seat and wants to exit the admission process, they can select the “Reject” option.
Candidates choosing to Freeze or Float must ensure that they pay the seat acceptance fee within the given deadline. Failure to take any action or to pay the fee before the deadline will result in disqualification from further allotment rounds. Candidates who select the “Freeze” option must also complete the self-reporting process by submitting the required documents along with CLAT 2025 second allotement letter at their respective allotted institutions to complete the admission procedure.
Candidates who are not satisfied with the second allotment can wait for the upcoming rounds. According to the official schedule, the third allotment list will be published on June 20, 2025. Three more allotment lists will be released after the second round.
