Prathyush - 2016.
Department of Computer Science & Engineering, Sambhram Institute of Technology had organized a student forum activity- Prathyush on 29th April 2016. The program was a big hit among the students. Several Technical and Co-curricular activities were conducted along with Ethnic Day celebration as part of this function.
A special seminar on “Cloud Computing” also conducted on this occasion by Dr. Manoj Shirol. Right now he is working as Software Engineer and Tech. Solution Architect for IBM, Bangalore. The important event was - Technical, sports/games,& cultural activities. Students from all semester CSE participated int he events. The Department forum provides an opportunity to all the students to grab the technical knowledge and exhibit and share their talents in co-curricular and technical activities
Sports & Cultural Activities
CSE department of Sambhram Institute of Technology is constantly supporting the co-curricular activities along with academic activates. Significantly the institute has well established physical education center with experienced physical Director. The center has provided good sports equipment, GYM center. Many students of the institute participated in University level , Intercollege state and National level sports and athletics and won many medals and trophies.
The department also supports cultural activities under Department student forum PRATYUSH, college cultural fest VIBEZ, inter-college cultural fest and through other renown cultural organizations. One of the students of the institute Mr. Rajkumar Sah won Mr. Bangalore in one of the state level cultural competitions. Besides that student of the institute have won different medals in many other activities.
NSS and NCC Activites
CSE department of Sambhram Institute of Technology also encourage blood donations, Civil defense program, social cam, computer education awareness in society and other activates under NSS where a large number of students participate there.
