Tamil Nadu DME has released the NEET PG 2025 Round 1 counselling schedule, with registration and choice filling beginning on November 20, 2025, for MD, MS, and Diploma seats under the state quota.

DME Tamil Nadu NEET PG Round 1 Counselling 2025: The Tamil Nadu Directorate of Medical Education (DME) has released the NEET PG 2025 Round 1 counselling schedule for admission to MD, MS, and Diploma under state quota. Tamil Nadu PG Counselling covers Government Medical Colleges, Government-quota seats in self-financing colleges, minority institutions, and NRI quota seats. Candidates who featured in the Tamil Nadu NEET PG Rank List 2025 are eligible to register for the counselling process.

The applicants will be able to fill up their online application on the official state counselling portal from November 20, 2025 . Following registration, the choice filling will be available for candidates, where they can make use of the option to choose and prioritise their preferred medical colleges and courses of choice. After that, the provisional merit list will also be announced based on the candidates’ NEET PG scores as well as state eligibility criteria.

Tamil Nadu NEET PG 2025 Counselling: Process to Register

Candidates can fill and apply for the Tamil Nadu NEET PG 2025 counselling process below.

Step 1: Go to the official counselling site, tnmedicalselection. net.

Step 2: Click on the link ‘NEET PG 2025 Counselling’

Step 3: Complete the registration by filling out your personal information and phone number.

Step 4: Log in and fill out the Online Application Form carefully, ensuring all information matches your official records.

Step 5: Upload the necessary documents in the required format, including the MBBS certificate, internship completion certificate, nativity proof, and category certificates.

Step 6: Make payment of counselling registration fee through internet banking/credit card/debit card.

Step 7: After the completion of all details, click on the Submit button, then take a print copy of the submitted application form.

In case candidates provide false or mismatching information, fail to upload required documents, or submit invalid or altered certificates. Forms may also be rejected if the date of completion of the internship/ medical registration certificate/nativity proof is not found enclosed or as per official requirements. Also, the Directorate of Medical Education will not entertain applications received after the due date and/or without the application fees.
