Students applying for plus one will receive their HSCAP Trial Allotment 2025 from the DHSE, Kerala, on May 24, 2025, on the official portal. By going through the trial allotment, applicants can confirm which course they are currently assigned to based on their submitted preferences and merit.
Applications for Plus One
were open online from May 14, 2025, to May 20, 2025. Malappuram, Palakkad and Thiruvananthapuram are the districts that received the highest number of registrations.

On May 24, 2025, candidates can use their application number and password to fetch the HSCAP Trial Allotment from the official site.
