IBPS RRB Notification 2017: The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) recently published a notification for the recruitment of eligible candidates to the posts of Group 'A' Officers (Scale I, II & III) as well to fill vacancies for Group 'B' Office Assistants in participating Regional Rural Banks (RRBs).
The examinations for IBPS Common Recruitment Process for RRBs (CRP RRBs) are usually held between the months of Sept and Nov, 2017.
The IBPS RRB 2018 recruitment process is divided into three stages: Preliminary exam, Mains exam and an Interview round for the role of Office Assistant as well as Officers Scale I. For the posts of Officers Scale II and III, a single online examination is conducted followed by a Personal Interview round.
The notification for more than 15,000 vacancies is available on the IBPS’s official website. The online registration began on 24th July, 2017 and ended on 8th August, 2017.

Note: The maximum age limit mentioned above is applicable to the General Category candidates only. Other categories, on the contrary, have been provided with some relaxation. IBPS RRB Application Form 2017:
The application form of the IBPS RRB 2018 will be available online on the official website of Institute of Banking Personnel (IBPS). There is no other mode of application for the exam.
Pre-Requisites for Online Application Process
You can apply for both the posts – Officer (Scale-I or Scale-II or Scale-III) as well as Office Assistant (Multipurpose). For each post, you have to apply separately and pay fees/intimation charges separately. Before you begin the online application process, you should do the following things and keep some of the below-mentioned points in your mind.
- Scan your photograph and signature as per the required specifications.
- Your signature should not be in Capital Letters.
- Keep all your documents ready to make the required payments.
- You should provide a valid personal email ID, which will be required to send the call letters for the examination as well as other important details.
The application fees/intimation charges shall be as follows:
Officer (Scale I, II & III)

Others – INR 600
Office Assistant (Multipurpose)
SC/ST/PWD/EXSM – INR 100

Note: Applicants will have to take care of all the transaction charges related to online payment of application fees/intimation charges.
Procedure for Online Application
1. You have to visit www.ibps.in and click on the link that says 'CRP for RRBs' and then click on any of the following options to access the online application form –
APPLY ONLINE FOR OFFICERS (Scale-I, II and III)
APPLY ONLINE FOR OFFICE ASSISTANT (Multipurpose)
2. In order to register your application, you will have to click on the tab that says 'CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION' and mention your basic details in the application form.
3. Once this is done, the system will generate a provisional registration number and password, which will appear on your screen. You should make a note of the Provisional registration number and password immediately.
4. You will also receive an Email & SMS, which will display your Provisional Registration number and Password.
5. Using Provisional registration number and password, you can reopen the saved data and edit the particulars, if required.
6. You will also have to upload your photograph as well as signature as per the specifications.
7. You must enter the data in the online application carefully as any sort of change will not be accepted in the online application later on.
8. Before submitting the application, you have the liberty to use the 'SAVE AND NEXT' facility to verify your details. You are not permitted to make any modifications after clicking on the 'FINAL SUBMIT' button.
9. You also have the option of giving state preferences for provisional allotment on selection, when applying for the posts of Office Assistant (Multipurpose) and Officers Scale I.

IBPS Admit Card 2017:
The candidates whose application forms are accepted by IBPS, get their admit card for IBPS RRB 2018. The admit card of IBPS RRB 2018 is different for all the examinations.
IBPS RRB Result 2017:
The result of IBPS RRB Recruitment 2017 is declared in three stages – the Preliminary examination result is released in the month of Oct. 201, the result of Mains examination and the single online examination is released 2017 in the months of November and December. After the personal interview, the final results are announced in the month of February 2018.
