Important instructions for CCMT Choice Filling 2025: The online process to fill out choices for colleges and courses for the CCMT 2025 started from May 14, 2025. After a successful registration and payment of fees, the candidates are expected to log in to the CCMT portal to view the choice filling page that has two panes. The left pane shows the choices of all available institute-programs (depending upon the GATE eligibility), while the right pane displays the choices filled out by the candidates. Candidates can add, arrange or delete choices according to their wish within the allowed time period. Every addition or deletion automatically updates the right pane, while the candidates need to press the ‘Save’ button to confirm any changes implemented. There is no limit on the number of choices that can be filled by a candidate, but at least one program should be filled out for consideration during seat allotment. The last date for CCMT choice filling and locking of options is June 6, 2025, by 5:30 PM.

Important instructions for CCMT Choice Filling 2025
Candidates should check below all the important instructions for CCMT Choice Filling 2025 that must be kept in mind during the entire process to avoid any hassle or rejections:Only those who registered and paid the registration fee can access the online choice filling option.
Candidates should enter choices of institutes and programs in a complete order of preference without any variations. The list of options available will appear depending upon the candidate’s GATE year and score.
There is no limit to the number of choices. Candidates are free to enter as many programs and also institutes as they want in their respective preferences.
Choices can be added, deleted or reordered as many times as desired before the final locking, but within the time frame given for choice filling.
Candidates must lock their choices after the preferences have been finalised. Locking involves confirmation of the options, acceptance of terms, and re-entering the password.
Locked choices can not be altered or unlocked in any circumstances.
If a candidate does not lock choices by the deadline, the system will automatically lock the last saved choices at the end of the choice filling period.
Saving choices is not the same as locking. Only the locked choices (manually or in an automatic manner) will be taken into account for seat allotment.
Candidates that are registered who did not fill or save any choices will not be eligible for seat allotment in that round.
After locking the choices, the candidates should take a print out of the locked selections. This printout signed by the candidate has to be submitted during physical reporting in the allotted institute.
The saved choice list will require at least one program. A blank choice list will mean that the candidate cannot be allocated a seat.
