Instructions to Follow after UCEED 2022 Round 1 Seat Allotment

UCEED 2022 Seat Allotment Round 1 started on April 10, 2022. The last date to accept the seat and pay the seat acceptance fee is April 26, 2022. UCEED 2022 exam was conducted on January 23, 2022, and the results were declared on March 10, 2022. Candidates can go through all the important instructions, which should be followed after UCEED Round 1 seat allotment 2022, given below.

Instructions to Follow after UCEED 2022 Round 1 Seat Allotment

The important guidelines that students should follow for the round 1 seat allotment of UCEED 2022 are given below.

• If the seat allotted candidates, do not pay the seat acceptance fee before the deadline, their application automatically is cancelled.
• If the candidates who got the seat allotment, decline the admission, their application too will be cancelled.
• Such candidates will not be considered for the following rounds of seat allotment.    
• Those seats, which are offered to the candidates who decline admission in their first round of seat allotment or who fail to pay the seat acceptance fee before the deadline, will be filled in the following rounds of seat allotment.
• If the candidates get allocated a seat in the desired institution/ first choice institution in the first round of seat allotment, the candidates can either select option called Freeze or ‘Decline’. Candidates who opt decline option will not be taken into consideration for the second and third rounds of seat allotment.
• If the applicants are allotted the seat for their second/third/fourth/fifth choice of the institute candidates can select either the “Freeze or Float” option.
• Freeze is to accept the allotted seat and Float is opting for upgrading the institution.
• Candidates who are allotted seats should pay the seat acceptance fee only once before the deadline given by the authorities. The amount will be adjusted with the fee of the institution at the time of joining.
• If the candidates pay the seat acceptance fee and plan to cancel the provisional seat allotment, such candidates send request before June 05, 2022.
• If the candidates pay the seat acceptance fee and plan to cancel the provisional seat allotment, there would be Rs. 5000 deduction as a processing fee, and the rest of the amount will be returned.
• For candidates who get the seat allotment in round 3, a refund will not be given as there is no option float option after seat allotment.  

UCEED 2022 Freeze and Float Options

• If seat allotted candidates choose the option called ‘Freeze’, it means the candidates accept the allotted seat. Such candidates cannot have the option of upgrading the seat allotment and cannot participate in further rounds of seat allotment.
• Candidates who are being allotted the seats and opted for the ‘Float’ option, it means that candidates accept the seat and would like to accept if the higher preference is offered.
