Delhi Technological University (DTU) has postponed the registration schedule for Joint Admission Counselling (JAC) 2017 yet again. Aspirants will now be able to fill the application form for JAC Delhi 2017 from June 12.
Candidates aspiring to take admission in B.Tech programmes offered by DTU will be able to apply for the four institutes affiliated to it through JAC Delhi. Initially, the online registration was supposed to start from June 6 and was later pushed to June 8. As per the new schedule, candidates will be able to apply for JAC and fill the counselling fees from June 12.

- Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology, Delhi (IIIT-D)
- Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women (IGDTUW)
- Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology (NSIT).

Here’s how to fill JAC Delhi Application Form 2017:
In order to complete your JAC Delhi 2017 registration process for admission to engineering courses offered by the four participating colleges, you will have to follow the steps given below:
Registration Fee Payment: The foremost step before filling the form is to pay the application fee of Rs. 1400 (plus bank charges) either through online mode (credit card, debit card or net banking) or offline mode (challan receipt at any SBI branch).
Filling the Application Form: Once you have successfully paid the fees, you can start filling details in the application form such as JEE Main 2017 roll number, status in class 12 exams, email id, password, date of birth and mobile number. You will also have to upload your signature and photograph.
Editing the Information Filled in Form: You can also edit the details filled in your form and remove the discrepancies. The available colleges that you can choose will be displayed online.
Choice Filling and Locking: This is the step where you will have to choose the college and corresponding courses in that college that you wish to apply for. Your choices should be from highly preferred college and course to lowest preferred college and course. Once you are done with the list, lock your choices and take a print out.

Seats will be allocated on the basis of merit in JEE Mains 2017. Colleges may also give preference to students who have achieved in activities like Chess, Olympiads, Sports, National Talent Search, etc.
