Applicants can access the online application form through the official HSCAP website, hscap.kerala.gov.in. On this page, they must enter all mandatory details like SSLC Scheme, Registration Number, Candidate Name, Month Pass, Year Pass, DOB, Mobile Number, Mode of Application Submission, and lastly enter the required captcha.

Candidates can check below the documents required to be uploaded during the Kerala HSCAP Plus One Application form filling process:

• SSLC mark sheet or result printout (data auto-filled for Kerala SSLC students)
• Aadhaar card
• Residential/ Native certificate
• Caste certificate (if applicable)
• Income certificate (if applicable)
• Club participation certificate (if available)
• Ex-Servicemen certificate (if applicable)
• Sports certificates (if applicable)
• Bonus point certificates (such as NSS, NCC, Scouts & Guides, SPC, JRC, participation in sports/arts/science fairs, Ex-servicemen, etc.)

Additional Important Information: On successful registration, an application number and password are generated which is used later for login. After logging in, the candidates will need to provide personal, academic, and contact details like name and address, details about their 10th grade school, qualifying exam, category, and any extra bonus points or extracurricular activities. Then, students have to upload scanned copies of different required documents like SSLC marks sheet, residential certificate, caste certificate, income certificate, and sports/club certificate, if any.
