This decision follows the reallocation of 15% of MQ1 category seats, which are now open to candidates from across the country, while the remaining 85% of MQ1 seats in both Non-Minority and Minority Private Medical Colleges are reserved for local candidates of Telangana State.
According to the official notification, the registration portal will remain active until 5 PM on November 13, 2025. Candidates are advised to complete the registration process well in advance to avoid last-minute technical issues. Applicants belonging to the General/EWS category who have secured the 50th percentile or a score of 276 and above are eligible to apply. For candidates in the General-PwD category, the required percentile is 45 with a cutoff score of 255, while SC/ST/OBC (including PwD candidates under these categories) must obtain at least the 40th percentile, corresponding to a cutoff score of 235.

- To register, candidates need their NEET roll number, rank, date of birth, mobile number, and caste category. Once these details are verified, they can proceed with the registration.
- Next, candidates must verify their mobile number and email ID, which cannot be changed later during the admission process.
- After verification, candidates should pay the registration fee online according to their category, update their details using login credentials, and upload the required documents in the prescribed format.
- Finally, click on ‘Print Application’ and take a printout for future reference.
