It’s never too late to learn and Dr. Paul Siromoni is the living example of that. After his retirement, Dr. Siromoni started working on his thesis and was awarded his doctorate three years later i.e. last week. The topic that he picked for his research was 'God's call to the church to join in transforming the world into a kingdom of love'.
Talking about his latest learning experience, Dr. Siromoni said that he had plenty of time to finish his thesis. After his retirement, he appeared for three written exams, submitted 6 papers and attended various seminars.

Started as the General Secretary of the YMCA, Dr. Paul Siromoni later joined the St. Mark's Cathedral where he was appointed as the Head of the Industrial Team Service.
Through the years, he realized that majority of the Indian population was suffering from stress and depression. It was this realization that let him to the establishment of the Indian Society for Applied Behavioural Science (ISABS).
As one of the founding members of ISABS, Dr. Siromoni started educating people about discipline and the need of working together with harmony. He also dedicated himself towards the research related to Applied Behavioural Science.

Dr. Siromoni further devoted himself for the improvement of human life. He started teaching small skills in the slums of Bangalore so that the people could make a living. He also educated the children and provided people with basic health education.
