Steps to Check MAH MBA CET 2026 CAP Round 1 Allotment
Once activated on August 2, candidates can check their allotment status by following these steps:
- Visit the official MAH CET admissions portal: mba2026.mahacet.org.in or cetcell.mahacet.org.
- Click on the link titled "Display of Provisional Allotment of CAP Round I".
- Enter your CAP Application ID and Date of Birth/Password to log into the candidate portal.
- View your allotted college, course, and allotment category details.
- Download and print the allotment letter for record and admission reporting.
Post-Allotment Guidelines for Candidates
Candidates who are allotted seats during Round 1 must take required action within the specified timeframe to avoid cancellation of their candidature:
Not-Freeze Option (Betterment / Upgrade): Candidates allotted a seat other than their first preference who wish to try for a higher preference in CAP Round 2 can opt for "Not-Freeze". They must accept the seat online to hold it while opting to participate in subsequent rounds.
Document Verification & Admission: Physical reporting to the institute with original certificates and fee payment is mandatory for candidates confirming their final admission.
Vacant seats remaining after Round 1 reporting will be published on August 6, 2026, following which the option entry for CAP Round 2 will open from August 7, 2026.
